“Good day, I worked with John Hilton at this Verizon store who was terrific. He assisted me in reducing some costs on my I-Phone service since I was furloughed which was really appreciated. I also purchased Verizon wi-fi and You Tube TV and was finally able to cut the Comcast cord!! John helped me create a Gmail email for You Tube and also spent a lot of time with Verizon HQ for some assistance with my account. He was very nice, patient and considerate. I really appreciated all his help. Recommend him to everyone.”

“Had a bit of a chaotic start when I was given the wrong laptop at pickup due to a mix-up. When I came back to swap it, the original model wasn’t even in stock/mislabeled. It was a huge headache, and honestly, it felt like I wasn’t being taken seriously until I looped in corporate.
Once corporate was involved, the store manager, Bryan, stepped up and went above and beyond to make things right. They ended up giving me an incredible deal on a brand-new, much higher-spec MSI laptop to make up for the trouble.
Thank you to staff for turning a stressful mistake into an absolute win. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them is what matters—and they handled it well.”

“I had been going to Lee's Auto for years before we moved out of the neighborhood. We went to a shop closer to us for an inspection and to fix any issues my car might have (19-year-old Honda that has seen some things). Big mistake. The other shop took almost two weeks to give us an estimate and then told us they couldn't do some of the work. We took it back to Mr. Lee and within a couple of hours, he had an estimate of the work and by the next day, had the car fixed. Over the years, Mr. Lee has provided exceptional service. He gives timely estimates, stays within budget or calls if additional work needs to be done. He and his crew get the work done quickly and well. We're very pleased with his work and I will continue to take my car there even though we live 30-45 minutes away.”

“I upgraded to some new Klipsch Forte IV’s and Sean had a great price on the pair I was interested in. After working out shipment to Nevada, I also asked Sean for his advice about which amp might provide the best experience with these speakers. Sean provided a list of highly rated integrated amps and after sound some research as to which amp I thought would deliver the sound profile I was after, I decided to go with a McIntosh unit.
Sean provided tracking info immediately so I could track both deliveries. I just received everything today and set the new system up. I can’t express in words how well the amp and these Forte’s sound together. Thank you Sean for your solid input and advice!!

“First off, this is a great T-Mobile store: clean, efficient, and timely, which is always a huge plus since phone upgrades and service changes can sometimes be a lengthy process.
The real highlight of the store, though, is Kimberly. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and effective throughout the entire process. She took the time to clearly explain everything I needed to know while I upgraded not just one, but three phones and an entire plan, including all of the costs, options, and benefits.
She made what could have been a complicated and time-consuming process incredibly easy. If you have the chance to visit this store and Kimberly is there, you’re definitely in great hands.”

He gave me the options of the best deals they had and showed me the two Android phones that were the best choices. He answered all my questions and explained the differences between the two phones. I'm not tech savvy so I really appreciated his help. I received a great deal on a nice phone and Mohammed handled the transfer of data from the old to the new phone. This is the 2nd phone I've bought from this store. Mohammed was an amazing tech and didn't try to upsell me or pressure me in any way toward a particular phone. He was very professional and kind. “Fairfax Antenna did a great job for us. Our TV antenna wires (installed by another company) came loose from the house wall, and they re-attached them and disguised them behind downspouts better than the original installation. In addition, our Verizon Fios cable had also come loose, and Verizon never caulked the hole where the cable enters the house. Fairfax Antenna reattached those wires, made a drip loop, and caulked the hole. They were great to work with and I'd hire them again in an instant.”

“There are people who are capable of tv repair. Hans is great. There are people who repair computers, yep Hans again. There are even tv and computer repair people who do house call repairs. Yeah. Hans. But how many of those people ALSO deal kindly with an Alzheimer’s patient? I cannot say enough good about this guy. He answered the unceasing questions and responded repeatedly about unrelated topics as he repaired tvs, computers and even spoke with Verizon about getting Wayne back online. This is almost unheard of in this day of rapid fire turnover. My hat is off to you Mr Hans. I recommend him on his skills alone. The kindness is way above and beyond!”
“Go talk to Mike! If Mike is working, the moment you enter the store you're going to get a greeting from him. He was so kind and patient and easy to work with! We had a lot going on with our family account, trying to get a new phone for my daughter, switching primary account holder. Just so much going on.
