“This is hands down the best experience I've had at a Verizon store in my 10+ years as a customer. Orlando and LB both were super helpful and friendly, and made my whole phone pickup experience easy and smooth - excellent customer service.
I've ordered and bought 2 phones from other local Verizon stores in the past, and both times were beyond frustrating and ended up costing me extra time and money. I will never go back to those other stores.
I highly recommend the TCC Fairfax Verizon store. They had exactly what I needed, made the whole ordering process quick, and made my pickup a breeze.

“Went to Dyson demo store unplanned was in the mall and wanted to see if they had the diffuser attachment for my air wrap. Zach approached me and asked if I needed help I asked if they had the attachment and he immediately went and grabbed it for me and checked me out. Very good customer service. Quick and easy. “Highly recommend if you’re shopping for a Samsung TV. Raphael at the Fairfax location took the time to answer all my questions. I ended up buying from here at the end of March instead of Costco. They also sell soundbars and furniture. I purchased on a Sunday and was able to get it delivered the next day. Delivery and set up were quick. No issues over the past month. Very satisfied.”

“I had been going to Lee's Auto for years before we moved out of the neighborhood. We went to a shop closer to us for an inspection and to fix any issues my car might have (19-year-old Honda that has seen some things). Big mistake. The other shop took almost two weeks to give us an estimate and then told us they couldn't do some of the work. We took it back to Mr. Lee and within a couple of hours, he had an estimate of the work and by the next day, had the car fixed. Over the years, Mr. Lee has provided exceptional service. He gives timely estimates, stays within budget or calls if additional work needs to be done. He and his crew get the work done quickly and well. We're very pleased with his work and I will continue to take my car there even though we live 30-45 minutes away.”

“I had such an amazing experience with Johnny A at T-Mobile! He truly went above and beyond to help me link my daughter’s Sync Kids watch replacement. I actually had to come in two days in a row, and each time he was patient, kind, and completely willing to help without any frustration whatsoever.
He took the time to walk through everything carefully, made sure the watch was properly connected, and didn’t rush the process. As a parent, that meant a lot — especially when dealing with a child’s device. His professionalism and positive attitude made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable.

“Fairfax Antenna did a great job for us. Our TV antenna wires (installed by another company) came loose from the house wall, and they re-attached them and disguised them behind downspouts better than the original installation. In addition, our Verizon Fios cable had also come loose, and Verizon never caulked the hole where the cable enters the house. Fairfax Antenna reattached those wires, made a drip loop, and caulked the hole. They were great to work with and I'd hire them again in an instant.”

He gave me the options of the best deals they had and showed me the two Android phones that were the best choices. He answered all my questions and explained the differences between the two phones. I'm not tech savvy so I really appreciated his help. I received a great deal on a nice phone and Mohammed handled the transfer of data from the old to the new phone. This is the 2nd phone I've bought from this store. Mohammed was an amazing tech and didn't try to upsell me or pressure me in any way toward a particular phone. He was very professional and kind. “There are people who are capable of tv repair. Hans is great. There are people who repair computers, yep Hans again. There are even tv and computer repair people who do house call repairs. Yeah. Hans. But how many of those people ALSO deal kindly with an Alzheimer’s patient? I cannot say enough good about this guy. He answered the unceasing questions and responded repeatedly about unrelated topics as he repaired tvs, computers and even spoke with Verizon about getting Wayne back online. This is almost unheard of in this day of rapid fire turnover. My hat is off to you Mr Hans. I recommend him on his skills alone. The kindness is way above and beyond!”
