“Had a bit of a chaotic start when I was given the wrong laptop at pickup due to a mix-up. When I came back to swap it, the original model wasn’t even in stock/mislabeled. It was a huge headache, and honestly, it felt like I wasn’t being taken seriously until I looped in corporate. Once corporate was involved, the store manager, Bryan, stepped up and went above and beyond to make things right. They ended up giving me an incredible deal on a brand-new, much higher-spec MSI laptop to make up for the trouble. Thank you to staff for turning a stressful mistake into an absolute win. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them is what matters—and they handled it well.”

“I upgraded to some new Klipsch Forte IV’s and Sean had a great price on the pair I was interested in. After working out shipment to Nevada, I also asked Sean for his advice about which amp might provide the best experience with these speakers. Sean provided a list of highly rated integrated amps and after sound some research as to which amp I thought would deliver the sound profile I was after, I decided to go with a McIntosh unit. Sean provided tracking info immediately so I could track both deliveries. I just received everything today and set the new system up. I can’t express in words how well the amp and these Forte’s sound together. Thank you Sean for your solid input and advice!! As I grow my system, I will continue to purchase through Sean as he made the process so smooth and easy. Thanks Sean!!!”

“There nothing like a well rounded customer service experience. I came in to replace my tempered screen protector and was certain I’d have a seamless interaction and be in & out quickly. I came in and was promptly greeted then asked the reason for my visit. Brandon was prompt professional and knowledgeable of products and services. I ran into a brief misunderstanding of policies surrounding my replacement screen protector. After connecting with a rep via the T-Mobile customer service line we landed on a resolution. Brandon exercised a wonderful level of personality and understanding which made for a very pleasant in store experience. I really appreciated Brandon’s recovery as his co-workers original approach was lackluster and unprofessional. Ask for Brandon.S, he’ll make sure you’re taken care of !!”

“They have Japanese egg sandwich made with “fluffy milk bread”. Pricy but worth it. I want 7-Eleven to have more and more Japanese products. There are 2 coffee stations inside. Very satisfied with their coffee machines and selections! I’m glad I stopped by this 7-Eleven. Clean! Not messy. The employee was kind and friendly.”

“I had an excellent experience at this Verizon store, thanks to Tony. I had a complicated line transfer issue, and Tony spent several hours patiently working through it with me until everything was completely resolved. He went above and beyond to make sure the transfer was done correctly and also helped me find a better setup that saves me money every month. I really appreciate his patience, effort, and willingness to stick with the problem for hours instead of just giving me a quick answer. Tony provided outstanding customer service and genuinely cared about getting everything right. Highly recommend asking for Tony if you visit this Verizon store!”

“Shokria Deserves Outstanding Recognition at Target Fair Lakes! I would like to give enthusiastic recognition to Shokria at the Target Fair Lakes store in Fairfax. At approximately 11:05 p.m., after the store had already closed, she helped me complete a last-minute purchase when the barcode on one of my items would not register properly. Despite the late hour, Shokria never made me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. She was exceptionally kind, patient, attentive, and professional. She immediately took ownership of the problem, diligently worked through the barcode issue, and made sure I was able to complete my purchase quickly and smoothly. Shokria demonstrated customer service at its absolute best. Her gracious attitude, calm efficiency, and commitment to helping me—especially at the very end of a long workday—made a lasting impression. Associates like Shokria are exactly why I continue returning to Target time and time again. She represented the Fair Lakes store with excellence and deserves to be formally recognized for going above and beyond. Thank you, Shokria, for turning what could have been a frustrating checkout experience into an exceptionally positive one!”

“I built me a computer few years ago for the first time and just recently I decided to upgrade some parts of course in my area the only store that carries stuff like that is Best Buy but what I needed they hardly have anything in stock. Yea I could have order stuff from the website but I didn't want too so I came across micro center on social media or whatever and found this location. The bad thing is that it was total of 6hrs+ because it's about 3hrs from my house one way so I really hope they build another store close to me. So I'm giving this store 5 stars since that's the max I would give more if I could because they have everything you need to build a pc and the staff was very helpful and friendly unlike Best Buy. If I need any other parts or whatever I know where to go”

“I go to this place when I'm in the area because I lived a few blocks away as a kid. It's getting a little difficult to keep going back when you're treated rude nearly every time for the past 3 years. (Also, save the automated response that's been given to so many other complaints. I'm not gonna read it anyway and don't really care)”

“Love shopping at this Target. Tara is always friendly, helpful, and full of positive energy, consistently making customers feel welcome. During my first interaction with her, she took the time to explain the Target app and its benefits, which really stood out. Her positive attitude and the way she treats customers make this store a great place to shop. She is truly an asset to the team and deserves recognition. ~ MumNYC”

“Let's start with parking, there is tons of it! That already solidified my satisfaction with Target. Going inside, there was a host passing shopping carts out, which was a nice touch. A nod to excellent customer service! The store was super clean, I didn't see anything on the floors or hanging around in the wrong spot. I definitely got a bang for my buck, there were so many clothes on sale and there were lots of options to choose from. Self-checkout was speedy and there was staff nearby who could support if needed. I don't mind making the trek out to come back here!”
