“Went in to grab a beer with a friend. Draft list doesn’t disappoint: there are brews from Germany (of course), England, Belgium along with some American made craft. Our server Shashonna was the only server on the patio and I gotta give her credit, she had a very good flow going; she was friendly, full of suggestions, knew what beer “kicked” - I took her advice and ordered Rueben with corned beef and potato salad as a side. I’ll definitely try to be back soon! Hostess and food runner were great, too!”

“Ok, too many panhandlers are loitering around the building, making it uncomfortable to shop at this store during the day. But the food is magnificent. I would recommend you get the fried wing combo during the early afternoon. Otherwise, the food is old. Comes with a can drink and fries (ask for less salt as he adds too much salt to the crinkle fries). The three piece wing combo is $9.00. I love the New York style pizza. I would order this by the slice if I were you. The whole pizza is not baked long enough in my humble opinion as the crust is soft. They have fresh sandwiches. I recommend the pastrami toasted with cheese. They have a variety of slot machines. It is a gasoline station too but the gas is too expensive. They have deep-fried pork chops. Don't forget to tip the cook. Bottle of hot sauce, BBQ sauce is available. I can't wait to come back.”

“Today is Sunday October 8th....my husband and I went into this establishment to purchase cabbage heads and beef smoked sausage because the employees at the Chesapeake Square Walmart basically refused to help us... while in Food Lion a young lady was nice enough to not just help us find some but brought down every box on her cart just to find what we needed.... kudos and bravo to this young lady's kindness and respect for her great customer service”

“I am a trucker and I must say..The manager Christopher went above and beyond!It's rare these days for people to offer help but even more rare to offer help to truck drivers ?I am new to the loading n unloading side of trucking. And was truly struggling to pull heavy shelves in the Rolltainers. Omg he came out and helped me pull every single Rolltainer! I would have been out there all day literally if it wasn't for him. Truly thank you. And I can tell all the employees are very courteous. Christopher is a very special man. The store is blessed to have him.”

They are great at communicating unavailable items and allows you time to choose something else or just skip that item all together. “I am reviewing the car wash only... I so thought the car wash at this location was closed. But to my surprise, I glanced over and saw that it was up and ready for use. Due to all the snow, my car was in need of a serious bathe. I opted to get the cheapest wash which is $7, but then I thought I'd splurge a little so I spent $10 on a wash. While this wasn't the most expensive wash, the details of the wash was suffice. The car wash was safe and the entire wash (drive in) maybe took three minutes. I cannot say this was the best drive thru wash ever, but it did the job and I was happy. There was no wait in line and the car wash/gas station is well lit on the busy Victory Blvd. Nearby, you will find: 7-eleven, WaWa, Cookout, Captain D's and several other eateries and shops. Have fun and enjoy life.”
