“Just wanted to write a quick post. I had a generator down for the transportation department. Was in need of some hardware. Went to this location to match some items up. Due to the cost I was not able to use my company credit card, he gave me a price and I went to the truck to find some “loose” change. Could not find any, he came out probably because of the time I was digging around. I mentioned that I couldn’t find it, he said you are fine just take them. Very nice, very helpful and much appreciated. I was able to get the generator back online. Very satisfied with my visit, very satisfied with the customer service. Thank you once again for the help, I will be returning in the future for all of my hardware needs!”
“I was a bit surprised to see the poor reviews. Customer service was leisurely yet helpful. I prefer to pull my own lumber (IMHO, anyone complaining it's not done for them doesn't care enough to pull their own), and they even pulled out a fresh load for me in the yard. If you're in a rush, perhaps not the place for you, but if you care about picking out your wood from a huge selection, the place to go. P.S. The only place I found kiln-dried pressure treated wood. Other suppliers purporting to carry it on special order never called me back.”

“I am not usually a big fan of this location because they never have sufficient stock and some of the employees are extremely rude. However recently I had to visit this location cause it’s closer to home and we are currently in a project. Desire and Jermaine Creekmore were both Extremely professional, patient and courteous during our several visits in the last 3 weeks. Thanks for finally hiring quality customer care associates. They are the reasons for my 5 stars.. Still disappointed in the lack of stock. This is store # 1593
