“Gracious and genuinely caring. I really could not have asked for a better experience.
I intitially went in to clarify some confusion I had about the app and see if my Hubby's dentist called in a prescription. Every staff member greeted me and that was nice. With patience from the staff, I got the clarity I needed and a refill request was immediately sent to his dentist. This being a Friday, it was so reassuring that the staff here was so willing to help try to get his medicinal needs met. Well, the dentist did finally call in the antibiotic, and the staff was quick to get it filled. I am so grateful that we can now enjoy a pain-free weekend.

“This Pharmacy is set up for military military dependents and some DOD civilians. The seating and decor is is very nice. What I love about this Pharmacy is the outstanding service that you received as soon as you come through the door. The check-in is automated using your ID card scan and the service is always fast and efficient. I find that this Pharmacy is on har with local and major retail outlets. They treat their clients with respect and kindness. Very satisfied thank you for your wonderful service over the last two decades”

“When my mom's water broke, MJ took her straight to the hospital. My mom gave birth to Kyla before I came to see her. I came and went to see Kyla right after school. She was beautiful when she came out. It was an intense experience, but I got over it without trembling. That was awesome. It blew my mind. At first, we didn't know the gender, but, when it was time to deliver the baby, I was like, "It's a girl!". My mom named her Kyla. Kyla was born after Myka. I prayed to God. Thank you, Jesus for this day. I loved it all. The bathroom inside the maternity room smelled like perfume. Thank you.”
“Kudos to Rite Aid service! I had filled an RX online & for it to be delivered. Something went wrong (w/in their system) that the delivery process didn't happen. When I called about it, Sabrina, (RiteAid employee), offered to bring/deliver my meds to me herself. She was here within a couple minutes!! “Allll the stars go to the young man that helped me today get in touch with the pharmacy when I did not have the breath to get out of my car and go inside because the drive thru was closed. He works in pick-up. Had they told me the drive thru was closed I would have brought someone that could go inside. I pulled back in the #8 spot at the pick up to thank that young man that went out of his way on this rain day to help this breath drained asthmatic woman but they said he was gone. THANK YOU sir. “I was there yesterday.The lady pharmacy was absolutely wonderful. She was so professional, so courteous, and so very accommodating. There was one lady in the drive-through. She was moving very fast and trying to get you in and out she also was professional and with great customer service. And I just love them all. There was a line in the store.They were trying to get everybody out as fast as possible.This was my first time going there. Thank you beautiful ladies so much ? ? ?.”

“Edit:I am now changing this to a four-star review. It would have been five, but given that I came here to write a negative review in the first place, I'll give it a four.Ryan, the overall store manager, is extremely professional and handled a really tough situation very well. After being shuffled between stores just to get my prescriptions, I had the unpleasant encounter of interacting with the girl in the pharmacy who has peircings all in her face. At that point I was just angry and frustrated and wanted my prescriptions, and thankfully Ryan got them within 5 minutes for me and explained the situation. I can see why he was chosen for his role and I really appreciated his help._______________________Maybe Corporate needs to get a reality check here. You ever notice how a business is run poorly from up above and the minion workers get the brunt of the work and complaints from customers? Of course you've noticed. That's the new norm for America.Walgreens was closed today due to staffing issues. I've been waiting for days to get my migraine injections and I need to pick up other rx's as well.Wake up corporate. Start paying better and hiring appropriately. Do better.”
