“Didier Jean , DJ, is very knowledgeable and very helpful. My design task was difficult and he was able to create several viable options that were very nice options. He was attentive and patient, it took over an hour to finish the visit. The showroom is gorgeous with many modern, fresh ceramics, porcelains and marble. Do not hesitate to request DJ or visit this upscale showroom at Floor and Decor. Apparently there are only 4 in the United States and we are lucky to have one here in the DMV. I drove over from Georgetown- well worth it for this free design consult”

While they will price match for future sales, they wouldn’t match the price from the day before that got us into the store.”

“The best experience I've ever had with purchasing blinds. I was skeptical about not going to a showroom first like the old days before COVID. Turns out that was a waste of time I was doing in the past. Nathan had everything in his vehicle and knew absolutely everything about windows and blinds. He was a huge help. The removal of the old blinds and install of the new went great. I won't hesitate to call them in the future. BTW, I purchased the bottom up, top down cellular shades. Very nice!”

“This place is awesome! We love visiting to explore the wear house for unique and interesting pieces. We found two great finds (a lamp and end table time) last time we were there, which are perfect for our space. The table needed love and the Furniture Rescue team did such a great job we almost did recognize it when we picked it up. They are upcycling really cool things at a very reasonable price! “If you’re looking for a furniture store that has a carefully curated selection of high quality leather sofas, this is the perfect place.They carried well known brands that are difficult to find in store, and many of their offerings are customizable. The staff is friendly and thankfully doesn’t hover. Because I have cats and don’t know how they react to leather, I opted to have a trial period with a cheaper sofa first. However, I will be coming back to purchase once I confirm my cats leave leather alone!”

“They pack a lot of really nice high-quality furniture into this showroom. We worked with the store manager who helped us find the console table that had been eluding us for many months. She knew her stuff and even though we didn’t buy something off the floor she helped us find the right piece through a catalog they had. She was able to figure out our tastes really quickly and knew exactly what to recommend. You can certainly go to that much larger store up the road but if you’re looking for quality furniture and professional help, this is the place you really want to go to.”

She tried multiple ways of locating my credit card. I led her on a wild goose chase, thinking I had bought it in the store, and as it turns out, I bought it online! “What a beautiful little antique shop I ran across today. The Owners are extremely nice and welcoming. They were very knowledgeable about the antiques history. My husband bought me the silver tea set as a Valentine gift. I could have left with more but did not to get carried away because I pretty much loved everything.I also like that they had soups and beverages for sale in front of their store with a seating area to eat and enjoy the scenery. I plan to refer others. I will definitely be back!”

“I was in the store last night & bought a beautiful Monet! I noticed there was another one and thought later it would be so lovely for my work. I called today & the man who answered took the time to look on the floor to see if it was still there. Unbeknownst to me he put it on hold after confirming it was there. When I had a small window of time between jobs, I called when minutes away from the store to ask if it was still there and be pulled to be held. The lady who answered informed me it was already being held for me! Customer service, in general, has gone down significantly - especially since Covid! This was so refreshing to be served in this way above and beyond! Thank you!”
