Had to change the review to 3 stars due to retailer closed during business hours with vehicle parked outside, doors locked, lights on and no one answering the phone.

Very rude lady, had tech questions, she said she's not dealing with this today. Walked away dismissingly

Honestly, there is very bad service in this store, the manager makes so many obstacles to do a simple procedure and always wants to complicate easy things, I recommend that you look for other stores or change the manager of this place
