Express is a store where customers can find great clothes on sale, including suits and dresses. The customer service experience varies. Some employees are exceptionally helpful, kind, personable, and professional, going above and beyond to assist with finding items in stock at other stores or fitting different options. Managers can also provide exceptional assistance and fair sale prices. However, other staff members can be childish and rude to guests, and the store is sometimes understaffed, leading to waits for checkout. The store layout can be messy, but customers report finding items they love.
I found a lot of great clothes on sale (through the mess I might add) but I watched the employees be childish and rude to several other guests. Leaving this review in hopes that management might do some cultural training with staff.

I visited here and found a dress that I loved but wasn’t my size. I asked the customer service associate if she could check at another store for my size. She was so kind and helpful. She found me one in my size and arranged for me to pick it up. Thank you, Zoey! Fabulous customer service. Very personable and professional.
