I know nothing about suits, but wanted to look great for my wedding. Mitch was awesome in helping me get a high quality, well-fitted suit that fell exactly inside the budget I’d said I wanted to be in. Would recommend.

Every time we go to Franco’s, we leave happy. We are treated like a VIP customer, even though we’re far from being their top paying customer. We’ve always worked with Bill - he’s extremely knowledgeable and friendly and Franco tailors the suits perfectly each time. Highly recommend.

Franco's has been around as long as I've lived here in Richmond, which is 33 years. The staff is very professional and experienced, and their clothing of high quality. We were extremely pleased with the service and our purchase.
The Franco’s story began in Tuscany, Italy in 1946 when a young Franco Ambrogi learned to sew from his mother at the age of 6. In fifth grade, he worked in a tailor shop, and by the age of 15 Franco emigrated to Richmond. In Richmond, Franco quickly found work in a small tailor shop, and then at a venerable southern department store chain called Thalhimers. Eventually he fetched up at the upscale specialty retailer Berry-Burk. By his early thirties, he had married his wife Ruth, started a family and began supplementing the family income by tailoring in his garage. Most of the work was alterations, but he also custom-made suits, charging around $125. READ THE REST OF THE STORY at our website.
