“SHOUT OUT TO CODY! Listen…I rarely leave reviews but THIS ONE I HAD TOO! First off my day started off extremely irritated because Verizon turned my service off when they weren’t supposed to. That irritated me so bad, so after multiple attempts of trying to get someone on the phone I had to go to the nearest store. Going into the store I was frustrated and I expressed my concerns to the in store agent CODY (long hair, colorful tattoos AMAZING!!!!).
It was a tad bit confusing but he listened to my entire story and said he’ll take it over . I’m trying to keep the review short but I’m full of gratitude. We legit probably spend 1hr and a half going back and forth with representatives trying to keep get my service back on. I mean Cody legit had patience like never before, he remembered his training, repeated my situations to different (some were rude) to make sure I was heard , staying calm, being respectful and SHOWING EMPATH! I mean…..I stay quiet for the most part because I HIGHLY upset but Cody stayed calm! He fought and advocated for me. After some time, a rep name Jen was able to restore my service!!!!
Some may say this is a small gesture or this isn’t a big deal relax, but after SURVIVING a situation where I wasn’t fought or advocated for, Cody’s empathy and character gave me hope. It added a seed into my healing journey. No exaggeration! He needs a raise. But even still money can’t compare to the gratitude that’s MUCH appreciated.You deserve everything you want & need in life Cody! I wish I can describe into more words but it will come back to you in tenfolds Cody!!! You’re a gem in this crazy world! Hold on to that!

We initially went into Verizon to upgrade just one phone, but ended up upgrading three after David explained to us what kind of deal Verizon was offering to existing customers. He was a great salesman without being pushy. There was also an issue with one of our trade in phones, and David helped to ensure that we received the correct trade in value.
