Took the time to open it up anyway and spent about 15 minutes looking at it and didn't chargeanything. It was nice of him to look at it even though he thought it wasn't worth it.”

“SHOUT OUT TO CODY! Listen…I rarely leave reviews but THIS ONE I HAD TOO! First off my day started off extremely irritated because Verizon turned my service off when they weren’t supposed to. That irritated me so bad, so after multiple attempts of trying to get someone on the phone I had to go to the nearest store. Going into the store I was frustrated and I expressed my concerns to the in store agent CODY (long hair, colorful tattoos AMAZING!!!!).
It was a tad bit confusing but he listened to my entire story and said he’ll take it over . I’m trying to keep the review short but I’m full of gratitude. We legit probably spend 1hr and a half going back and forth with representatives trying to keep get my service back on. I mean Cody legit had patience like never before, he remembered his training, repeated my situations to different (some were rude) to make sure I was heard , staying calm, being respectful and SHOWING EMPATH! I mean…..I stay quiet for the most part because I HIGHLY upset but Cody stayed calm! He fought and advocated for me. After some time, a rep name Jen was able to restore my service!!!!
Some may say this is a small gesture or this isn’t a big deal relax, but after SURVIVING a situation where I wasn’t fought or advocated for, Cody’s empathy and character gave me hope. It added a seed into my healing journey. No exaggeration! He needs a raise. But even still money can’t compare to the gratitude that’s MUCH appreciated.You deserve everything you want & need in life Cody! I wish I can describe into more words but it will come back to you in tenfolds Cody!!! You’re a gem in this crazy world! Hold on to that!

“Justin was absolutely amazing. I dropped my phone down the steps and damaged the inside of the screen to the point there was nothing but green lines. “Today I visited this T-Mobile store for the second time in a few weeks, and again had a very positive experience. The first time, I was asking about setting up a T-Mobile business internet account. I was helped by Kelly, who was very patient and courteous, and understood my situation clearly. She sent a message to the proper person who handles business accounts, and I was set up and running within a few days after that. Today I went in because I had received a confusing letter in the mail from T-Mobile. Kelly placed two phone calls and checked the computer system, and got the situation completely resolved within a few minutes. Based on my experiences, I would highly recommend this store for your cell phone and home or business internet needs.”
“Excellent customer service and great repair techs! They were very honest with me about my repair options for my old iPhone that fell off the roof of my car. I asked them to go ahead and try fixing it and they were able to! I wasn’t expecting it because it was VERY damaged. I also brought them my iPhone 8 that got ran over by a car and it wouldn’t work anymore. They were able to fix that TOO. I highly recommend them!!!”

The head guy there helped me by installing the app so I could finally pay my bill to get my phone back on. I even purchased some additional accessories for my phone while I was there... “Just went to store #9796, the T-mobile and the workers were extremely efficient and helpful. This is not my home store and they helped me and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. It’s expected that there is a wait when getting phone services, but they saw I needed a screen saver and helped me promptly. The attendant Tony, was very kind, quick, and replaced my screen with no issues. My home store said they ordered one for me, it had been 15 days, still no confirmation of shipping, so I greatly appreciate this stores willingness to help and make sure my screen protector wasn’t cutting my fingers. Shout out to Tony, he’s the best! If you’re ever in the chesterfield Midlothian area this T-mobile is excellent.”
“We had a great experience with David at this location! He was so professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. We made an appointment so we didn’t have to wait, and he went out of his way to help us through the entire process of upgrading our three phones. We initially went into Verizon to upgrade just one phone, but ended up upgrading three after David explained to us what kind of deal Verizon was offering to existing customers. He was a great salesman without being pushy. There was also an issue with one of our trade in phones, and David helped to ensure that we received the correct trade in value. We have been Verizon customers for 15 years and this was one of the BEST experiences we’ve had— We would HIGHLY recommend!”
