About National Car Rental
National Car Rental at Richmond Airport offers a quick and easy rental process, particularly for Emerald Club or Executive Club members. Customers can often skip the counter, walk directly to the aisle in the parking garage, choose any car they prefer, and drive off using the app. The return process is similarly quick and painless, often taking just minutes. While the experience is generally efficient and outstanding, there can be occasional issues when the location is very busy or short on cars, which may affect vehicle selection. The customer service is frequently noted as amazing and customer-focused, with staff looking for ways to help and providing satisfactory responses to any concerns. Overall, it is described as a great experience that saves time and provides a smooth rental from start to finish.

Richmond airport facility has nice cars, courteous people and free water and snacks upon arrival. Probably the best National Car location I visit.
