“I had an amazing experience with Mr. Hoff Auto Detailing! He did outstanding work on my 2012 Jeep with his ceramic detailing, and it looks brand new! I was truly amazed at how it transformed my car. He took excellent care of my vehicle and kept me informed throughout the process by sending pictures of his work. I really appreciated the extra touch of him providing a bottle of touch-up solution for any spot areas that might occur. The entire process was smooth, and Mr. Hoff's customer service was top-notch. He is kind, honest, efficient, and very reasonable with his pricing. I highly recommend him for any and all of your detailing needs!”

“Really great customer service and courtesy from Gina and her team. I bought a car with a bad odor and brought it to them for a cleaning. Once they took out the seats to start a deep clean, they realized the car was much worse than I had realized—full of mold and worse. Instead of just doing the cleaning and charging me, they stopped working and called me in to take a look. Thanks to them, I was able to return the car and save thousands of dollars. They are the sort of kind and honest people you want taking care of your vehicle.”

“There is work and putting in Elliott work this man went far above and beyond my expectations. I normally used Tommy’s before but after this can’t ever go back. I thought my car was done for to be honest but look at this before and after. (Don’t have pics of before on the outside but was stained and definitely had stuck sap all over it) 100% recommend”

“Lamont and his pops took my daughters filthy kids wagon and made it look showroom ready. Inside they removed all 3 rows is seats and cleaned every crevice. Did I mention they also had a dog? Top quality work and care go into every job. The pride of workmanship came through talking to Lamont on the vehicle drop off. A real addition our city.”

“Loved Tommy's Express Car Wash! Starting from the first encounter that I had with the young lady at the window, to the effectiveness of the wash, I was completely impressed, but then, there was another young lady who was attentive, friendly and helpful regarding anything I may have needed after the wash. Hands down all the reason I need to become a regular customer.”

“Edit: Updating my review as the owner reached out and clarified the situation and provided a full refund. Accountability upheld I am willing to give them another shot in the future. I got Wings to come out to my house and clean my Mazda 3 after some minor water intrusion around my back windshield. I had removed almost everything from the vehicle and had it ready for them. Paid for the 280$ package. They got there in the time requested and the detailer was very polite and professional the entire time. He did a pretty darn good job when it came to the carpet and seats. That is where my praise ends. I didn't have a bunch of time to inspect every bit of it and at a glance it looked good, at first. When I got off work and had more time to take a look at it I shouldn't have signed the paperwork. Things that simply were not done All door jams All window seals All rims The entire catch for the front windshield All seatbelt connectors and hardware So many random little crevices thought the interior The emergency brake boot Under both seats and their bars and handles The pedals Under the steering wheel The steering wheel To the owners credit he did listen to my concerns and offer to send someone back out but their future appointment schedule conflicted with my work schedule. They offered a partial refund which I accepted. I should have asked how much. I was refunded 85$. Of an almost 300$ detail. Next time I'll spend a $150 at Carpool and be done with it and get 150% better results. Do not recommend go with someone who values return business and quality of their work. 2 stars for being polite and professional and some clean fabric. Do not recommend.”

“David's shop was willing to look at my classic Mercedes when almost no one else would. Not only that, but he actually FIXED complex electrical issues that I was ready to give up on (including spending his own time late at night and on weekends to get it done). Cannot recommend highly enough!”

“Ok Jay is amazing. I showed up 10 mins late and my car was FILTHY. Dude handled it like a champ, still took it in for an exterior wash/interior vacuum. Finished in record time, was super nice, and the car looks and smells amazing. I'm not saying I WANT my car to get dirty again, but I'm kinda excited for it to happen so I can take it back here for a full detail.”
