About U-Haul Moving & Storage of Scott's Addition at The Diamond
U-Haul Moving & Storage of Scott's Addition at The Diamond has mixed reviews. Customers appreciate the helpful staff, especially Jessica, and would recommend the location for future needs. However, some experienced issues with no on-site staff, which led to inconvenience such as drives back to the main location to switch units and leaving keys at other sites. A few reviews mention the storage units are small and that there is rarely anyone available on-site for assistance, requiring visits to different locations. Despite these challenges, staff have been quick to resolve problems when they arise.
