“Car Wash not in service. Have had a pump not take my membership card (twice at same pump). Gas prices are less than other nearby stations but more expensive than several nearby (independent, not the Exxon, Mobil, Shell, big corporate stations).Layout of access to these gas pumps must have been an afterthought. Entrance shares with grocery store and the main Sam's store which is very congested during rush hour and also when gas prices skyrocket.It's very annoying if you are in a hurry because you must enter your membership card, then the payment card, which can take a while to process. You are asked if you want the car wash too. Select type of fuel. Pump fuel. When you put the nozzle back you must wait for the prompt to print receipt. Meanwhile, the line of customers behind you grows and you look like you are just standing around. After you get your receipt you can leave.Tip: go when lines are short?You can also use your phone to pay. I haven't tried this feature yet...but I plan to!”
“Love Sam's. I get my POMS toilet paper from here every month. Sometimes I do food, seasoning drinks & snacks. Love the Yogurt Ice cream from here. Which is my 1st time trying Yogurt Ice cream. But it's definitely worth coming here everyone now and then. I know I do.”

I ask John to see they have ,he say let me go check and I saw him through glass windows he was putting together stuff salmon and put price came out gave it to me. “As a member of Sam’s Club, I I purchased tires and they were installed. They were very helpful and they did an excellent job with insulation. They were all very very helpful and did a great job of checking my vehicle to make sure that everything was up-to-date and in good condition before you let my car go, I recommend anyone to go here to get their tires. They also provide service for batteries good job Sam’s Club. I just wish I had more locations because there’s only like one in Richmond and they don’t have any locations in Fredericksburg area. Because of this, it makes it very hard to get to the store. I’ve only used my membership once this year.”
“This message is for corporate, but also applies to any of you looking to shop here. BJs doesn't carry produce as high quality as Costco, but everything else is generally the same value. I appreciate the lower prices here. However, I have two main issues with this store:
1. Lately the quality of some of our basic, go-to products has been lacking. It's like they've loosened their QC standards or something.
2. The curbside employees need more from you, corporate. At least give them a door that stays open and is wide enough to accommodate the grocery carts they have to roll outdoors. I can tell turnover is high, I'm sure due to many reasons not excluding the fact that they aren't considering basic needs of their employees.
Curbside is the only reason I keep going back but I might have to stop. There are too many reasons to leave and very little to stay.”
“Yesterday I couldn’t find 20oz cold cups for the second week in a row, but a really nice forklift driver stopped what he was doing to dig a box out for me that no one else saw. I give four stars because they are often out of what I need for my shop, but I couldn’t run my business without this place!”
