Unfortunately had to cancel my 7/1/23 reservations and while the hotel did not charge the virtual credit card on file, I can not get them to respond to the multiple emails sent to them in order to obtain a refund from the travel partner my reservation was booked through.

This is a very nice Hotel. Comfortable bed. An awesome continental breakfast. Short Pump is a great location for shopping and dining.Rooms: The room was very large and clean. My room was a wheelchair friendly room.Safety: Short Pump seems to be very safe. Upscale areaFood & drinks: Anything you want to eat is near by

I love it here!! We stopped here on our way home from vacation when we were tired of driving. The beds were AMAZING. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean!! We got the best nights sleep in this cozy room with the most comfortable beds!! Free breakfast with a lot to choose from! Thank you!!
