“I have not received my chair yet, so I can comment on the excellent service I received when I went to the lazy boy store in richmond. Tatania (sp) was very personable and knowledgeable about the furniture. I was given plenty of time to test out the chair and go through all the ins and outs of a chair that actually heats and massages. Everything was explained very clearly, and I felt very welcome in the store. I received the chair in two days and I can't wait. ( I have since received the chair and it is so comfortable and nice to have in the house).”
“I was quickly greeted by a consultant when I entered the store, Judy showed me examples of several swivel chairs. Once I had selected the style of chair I wanted, I could not decide on the fabric. She offered to come to my home with samples to see how they looked with the area rug in my den. When she visited my home, I easily selected a fabric. She kept me posted on the progress of my chairs being ready. The chairs were actually delivered earlier than promised and I love them! She emailed me after the delivery men brought the chairs into my den and sent her a picture of them. I will definitely return to Ethan Allen and Judy when I decide to buy furniture in the future.”

“I rarely leave reviews, but this time, I have to! My experience at HomeGoods on West Broad was simply the best! 10,000,000/10 for customer service! I dropped my AirPods case while shopping, and lost one. I was so upset as they were a recent birthday gift. I’m not usually one to speak up, but I mentioned leaving my number at checkout incase, and Miss Tee, the head manager, and her team—Jaysean, Romi, and Zelda—stepped in right away. Miss Tee and Romi blocked off the aisle while scanning the ends of the row, while Zelda was moving items on the bottom racks, searching too. And I have to give a huge shout-out to Jaysean—he was right there with me, face on the floor, shining a light under the shelves—he was a real one for that!! We ended up finding it, and I joked that without them, I would’ve driven home and cried? But, their care was so genuine; I was deeply grateful. I hugged them and thanked them personally. Miss Tee, Jaysean, Romi, and Zelda—thank you again. You are all awesome! ?? #givethemaraise LOL”

“Please do yourself a favor and go to Labelle for all your furniture needs. I bought a really old queen headboard from Facebook marketplace. I wanted to turn it into a traditional Indian style headboard in dark mahogany. See the photos of BEFORE and AFTER. I bought wood appliqués from Amazon to attach to the headboard for making it ornate. Although I had a vision, nobody was able to turn my vision into reality by agreeing to this custom project. Finally I went to Kathryn and Tammy in Labelle & Co, and they renovated the whole thing exactly how I wanted. Now it fully matches the color of my mahogany nightstands and the regal Indian decor of my bedroom. Thank you Labelle ??”
“We had our delivery today of a gorgeous, huge glass front bookcase. Our service in store was so friendly, warm and professional but what made our experience just perfect was the delivery team. “Great spot to demo different foams and covers in person. Tristan was very knowledgeable and nice. He even helped me get an extra 5% discount I didn't know about! If you're in the greater Richmond metro region it's worth going to the store to ask questions and make sure all the components are ordered correctly to avoid returns. Couch is great too”
