“I was very impressed with the support in reserving a 10X16 storage unit. I did so online and when I had questions I spoke to Doug (Manager) who was exceedingly helpful. When I arrived at the location to begin use of the unit and obtain keys Doug again was most helpful in showing me the unit as well as how to enter the building and my specific unit. I subsequently needed to lease an additional space. Once again Doug was exceedingly helpful. Highly recommend Doug and this franchise.”
“Very clean and secure facility. Breezeway makes it nice to unload and stay dry when it’s raining. Only complaint is the tight right turn from the security keypad. All in all a great storage facility for a reasonable price.”
“Sean was very helpful with getting us a storage unit. Very polite and he explained every option clearly. I definitely recommend using them. They offer free trucks, and climate control units. Super convenient”
“The team that initiated this process was wonderful. Every time that I call to ask a question, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. No surprise charges and full transparency on transactions. The facility itself is well maintained, temperature controlled and clean.”
“I had an excellent experience with Monique at Extra Space Storage! From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm and professional attitude that instantly put me at ease. She took the time to explain all of my options, walked me through the details of the rental process, and made sure I understood everything before making a decision. Her knowledge and patience made the process smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated how she tailored her recommendations to fit exactly what I needed.
What stood out most was Monique’s genuine care and attention to detail. She didn’t just treat me like another customer—she made me feel valued and taken care of. It’s rare to find that level of customer service, and it made all the difference. I left feeling confident that I chose the right storage facility thanks to her guidance. Monique is truly an asset to Extra Space Storage, and I would highly recommend asking for her if you want a great experience!”
“I stopped in to buy moving boxes. The lady working there was very helpful and friendly with a positive attitude. The facility is very clean and organized. What a pleasure to do business with Beverly.”
“Nalease is such a kind, thoughtful, cheerful person! You are lucky to have her as your person up front with the customers. We appreciate her helpful attitude and patience!!! Thank you Nalease!”
“Daniel stepped in and made right an issue that I had at another storage unit. And he was very responsive when it was time for me to move out. I was very pleased with his attitude. Thank you!”
“Rented a U-Haul truck here and had the best experience I've ever had with renting a truck. So many times in the past, at other locations, renting a truck has been a nightmare; here, I had friendly, informed, unhurried attention. All costs were explained to me up front. Returning and checking-in was easy, too.”
“Thanks Angela for the exceptional service and getting me into a storage unit at extra attic mini storage. The unit you picked for me made getting heavy items in it a breeze. Many thanks.”
“Most easiest online process ever! Did everything online, was able to pick a unit, process payment, and get access to my until all from my phone! Will keep them in mind for future use!”
“Professional thoughtful and experienced management. Very helpful when moving in. Cindie Valentine, manager and part owner, is delightful to work with and goes out of her way to make your rental a good experience.”
“You can't really ding this place for being super hot in the summer and cold in the winter because it does not advertise itself as a climate controlled storage facility. It is a very basic and clean indoor self-storage facility. The paved area next to the dock is on a slight slope which can require a little extra effort when loading and unloading trucks. They have two dumpsters that you can use (no furniture or mattresses naturally) and that turned out to be a very useful benefit. The gates are operational from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. but I found that if you are in the facility after 9 p.m. you can get out. They set me up with an auto-pay option using my credit card so I was never accidentally late with a rent payment.”
“The entire team was awesome in helping us rent a truck for our move. Even when we needed the truck for an extra few days, they were more than accommodating! Thanks for helping us out as always!”
“What an excellent experience overall. Daniel is extremely attentive, answered all my questions, remembered me when I followed up and made the whole process fast and easy. I'm so happy we selected this facility. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
