Richmond,VA 23231 the service writer Mr. Cal was very professional and personal as he did a estimate on the work that I needed done on my automobile and he was the best and then I had a great experience with one of the front desk workers that work there also her name was Ms. Marissa I had needed appointment to bring my other vehicle in for a estimate for to have work done on it as well and she made me a appointment for to bring it in and she went the extra mile to shedule my appointment as convenient as possible for me because of my work hours and she squeeze me in so that I could get it done and get to work at a reasonable time it's people like her that makes the world a better place. I was really happy and pleased with her effort. It is great to have employees like her on your staff.”

“This is the second bed cover for a pickup I bought from Leonard. The first cover looks and operates today just like the day I bought it. I visited recently to buy another bed cover for a new pickup. They don't carry that brand any longer, so I chose a different name brand cover. The manager was very helpful and extended 5% veteran discount. The only downside is that the company has started charging for installation. Not a deal breaker. I'll be back.”

I dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning and it was ready by noon on Friday! The receptionist Lynn was welcoming, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the repair process and kept me informed throughout the entire experience, making it much less stressful. When I got my car back, I was amazed at the quality of the work. “Roy's painted the hood and cab roof of my Toyota pickup truck. The original seal coat had deteriorated badly and some of the paint had worn off completely. “Outstanding service and communication. Immaculate repair on our Teslas x2. Reasonably fast repairs. Only concern is that it is extremely expensive to repair Teslas and some insurance plans do not cover what Burleigh’s charges. It’s the only Tesla certified shooting RVA, and they do excellent work, but the bill is going to sting.”

“I’ve used them for a couple of years now but what really earned them the five stars is when my tire blew out on the highway and I had to get my car towed there in the middle of the night. The next day it was musical-cars for me. Nothing. Went as planned except for Discount Tires. They were efficient, friendly, and communicative. However, what surprised me was they didn’t charge me anything. I thought it was a mistake. I told them this isn’t a car we’ve ever brought in (new car - we’ve brought in others). They told me that they don’t charge for a simple flat. Now, I don’t know if that’s because they know I’m a customer or if they do that for everyone. Either way, it definitely sets the right tone and keeps me as a satisfied customer.”

“I stopped by this location after work on a Tuesday afternoon when I realized one of my headlights was out; I needed to purchase a replacement bulb and have it installed at the same time (I googled which shops provide this service and first listed was O’Riellys)
The first associate I spoke with was welcoming and helpful. He located the correct bulb and came out to my car to confirm it was the right fit and attempted to begin the installation. After taking a look under the hood, he noticed that the bulb was in a particularly difficult spot to access and might require removing surrounding components. He brought out another team member to take a look, and they explained the setup was more complex than expected and might need a mechanic. “A mechanic for a lightbulb change?” I thought and began to get frustrated.
Understanding the disappointment, they went back inside and checked to see if Andrew could assist—and I am so glad they did. Andrew approached the situation with confidence and patience, carefully figuring out how to access the bulb while working around the tight and complicated layout. Despite the challenge, he was able to replace the bulb and reassemble everything properly.
Andrew was cheerful, professional, and very reassuring throughout the process. I truly appreciate the extra effort he put in to solve the issue rather than turning me away. Thank you, Andrew, for your outstanding customer service and dedication—you made what could have been a frustrating experience incredibly positive. You ROCK!”
