“I like dealing with smaller rural banks. Thr service tends to be more personalized with the workers knowing my name. They have more time to deal with personable issues it seems than do larger more crowded banks. If a case arises where a fee may be accessed, from past experience , the large bank makes sure to get their fee, whereas this smaller bank will do all they can to waive it. My entire immediate family has always dealt with C&F with no issues whatsoever. I would recommend them to anyone contemplating opening a new bank account.”
“I recently went into United Bank in Mechanicsville and the Branch Manager, Kaiyden Dunn, offered to assist me. Much to my surprise, that the bank manager would offer to help me, rather than tell me to wait for a teller. It was an extremely satisfying experience.
