“Truly how is anyone supposed to find this place? The entrance is labeled a Hampton Inn and some new restaurant, no mention of a post office until you’re already inside the building with no markers. Perfectly fine service but a real pain to locate.”
“As others have said, the only downside of this post office is that it is not that easy to find. If you are looking at the (Valero) gas station from the front, it is to the left and ALLLL the way back. Note that it is part of the same building as the gas station.”

Thank you Anne for always being super helpful and taking care of us even when her employer sucks. If this location shut down… where would we go? To another location that’s just as bad? It’s the USPS, not this branch. They’re doing the best they can with the situation given to them.”

“Never have any problem when I stop. Friendly clerks and great service. The only complaint is the customers that are inpatient and talk to themselves out loud so everyone else has to hear it. Keep up the great job Klockner Rd!!”

“I have always had pleasant experiences and good customer care at Sandston. I also sell on ebay --I have mailed about 1,800 packages since 2016 and only 2 did not make it to customers, however, the trouble wasn't on this end--it was the post office on the receiving end. I think the staff is always courteous, professional, and efficient--they are also very kind to many of the seniors or customers who need special assistance. I thank them for their commitment to service.”
