Helped with trimming our prints, gave helpful advice on how to print cheaper (by ordering online), and, when it started pouring out, gave us a bag for our prints and some large plastic bags to use as makeshift ponchos. Genuinely such a pleasure to deal with :)

“I drove 30 miles to drop my critical documents at the DHL warehouse Richmond VA to be shipped to Zimbabwe in Southern Africa. These documents arrived safely within 5 days as promised which was great!. But I really want to review the service provided by a gentleman called Juan (Wan?) at the DHL office. From the moment I arrived the service he provided was impeccable, thoughtful, careful, polite and precise. He took time to explain everything he was doing and was taking extra care when I told him these documents were irreplaceable. I was really impressed with the way he handled my case. Thank you to Juan and DHL for taking care of my documents! And thanks to the team in Zimbabwe for dropping them off efficiently.”

“Thank you LINEAGE LOGISTICS/, as most reviews say. It is right on. Nice service here. My appointment was for 2000, I arrived early at 1430. This was my first time here, getting greeted at the window the lady was so so nice treated me with respect and kindness. They called me to the door at my appointment time was done unloading by 2200. Great place to deliver to. They do have overnight parking very clean restrooms drivers lounge with vending machines. Very clean here. So drivers keep the respect going be kind be nice I’m old school like my mother told me treat people like you want to be treated. Thank you again LINEAGE LOGISTICS/ staff.”
