“We switched to T-Mobile last year from Verizon and it’s been WAY more than worth it! Vae (who’s in Gloucester now) is the one who originally helped us with the switch. We upgraded our phones recently with Jon and it was SO easy. Jenna helped us finish the process a few days later. T-Mobile was 1000% worth the switch.”

“Gabby did her thing. I had the best experience ever, going into this store. She saved me a lot of money, gave me the best deal and she took her time. I did not feel rushed at all and she was very pleasant, the whole dam time. She also hooked me up with some swag. Y'all need to give her a raise for going above and beyond”

“Had the opportunity to encounter some well needed customer service. Nick over at Geek Squad took the time to explain our options and the process of working with Apple products. Given that our time seems to always be limited, his transparency allowed us to come up with a plan to move forward in a very short period. Thank you to the team for your efforts and keeping up with such a high demand and little staff!”
