“CVS is a great pharmacy. They are quick and efficient. They always get my prescriptions correct, and Joe is probably the friendliest, and hardworking pharmacists I have ever seen.”

“My mother needs Simbrinza to aid in her glaucoma treatment and Denbeigh Pharmacy was recommended by Virginia Eye Institute as providing low cost for that pharmaceutical reasonably near Richmond, Virginia. While I typically use mail delivery, I picked the prescription up this time because my mother was nearly out of it. The pharmacy staff was courteous and efficient. The pharmaceutical was in stock. My purchase worked as planned. The location is not large, like a CVS, so I did not see lots of non health care items (groceries for example) in the store. It does its job of being a pharmacy well.”

“The lines were fairly short and the station attendants were helpful and friendly. The price was consistent with nearby competitors. You must have a Costco membership to use this gas station.”

“I've been using the pharmacy there for several months and they are very helpful and kind ! I had difficulty finding a particular medication and they were the only Pharmacy in the area within a 50 mile radius who carried it ! Also , I have been looking for a certain type of specialist and they gave me several names of doctors to call . 👍”

“Harris Teeter is a well managed grocery store. It's clean and the shelves are always well stocked. The employees are very friendly and there to help you with your needs. You can find a wide variety of products at a fairly reasonable price. They have an exceptionally good meat and sea food department worth visiting while you shop.”

“Everything is supposed to change over to scan n go within a month. I can speak for the bakery and meat section. Their meats are beautiful. Everyone works hard at keeping up with cleanliness and trying to keep things in order. Our cafeteria is nice as well. A very busy little section. The food is good. Come visit us. Just download the Sam's club app and stop by our members service desk to get a membership card. They have a nice selection of everything. ?? See you soon.”

“All I can say is everything from the selection of frames to the ordering process to pickup was perfect. The staff was professional and though they were busy were not rushed at all. The price for 2 pairs of glasses was less than what I paid for lenses only at another business! The price for membership to Costco is worth it, even if all you buy is glasses!!”

“I am writing to formally recognize Lakia (Newport News Costco #247) for the exceptional customer service she provided following an issue involving the Tire Center and my Nissan Pathfinder. I believe exceptional customer service is often best demonstrated when something does not go according to plan. Mistakes can occur in any organization. What distinguishes an outstanding employee is how that employee responds. Lakia did not become defensive, minimize my concern, or simply send me elsewhere to resolve the problem. She listened, took ownership, developed a solution, communicated clearly, and followed through until the matter was resolved. That is leadership. I hope Costco will formally recognize Lakia for the way she represented your organization. Her professionalism, empathy, accountability, and commitment to resolving this situation exceeded my expectations and transformed what could have been an extremely negative experience into one that left me with tremendous respect for both her and your organization. Employees like Lakia are the reason customers remain loyal to organizations even when something goes wrong. Please extend my sincere appreciation to her for going above and beyond on my behalf.”

“I guess this is my favorite place to buy chicken salad because it's the best tasting one that I have found anywhere. My wife loves it so much that I have to get 2 containers at a time. I also picked up a case of Bai drinks that were $5 off per case.”

“I have a complex med regimen, so I often feel I'm constantly @ the pharmacy, and I definitely have LOTS of experience with the range of customer service experiences one might expect @ a pharmacy. Let me say this: The folks staffing this pharmacy are AWESOME. They greet me personally and are never too busy for my questions. They work hard to make sure I can get things rapidly when I'm unwell. They interface with my insurance company when there are problems/billing issues/miscommunications. They are thorough. They are kind and courteous. They are never rude, impatient, lax in their responsibilities to the customer, or otherwise compromised. Honestly, I think much of this comes from the top: The managing pharmacist and the other lead pharmacists are truly just very kind and professional, and I see them treat their supporting employees really well, too. I had been going to the CVS across the street, just because I'd been using CVS since I'd moved to VA 5 years ago. The difference between the CVS and this Walgreens is a complete 360. So glad this Walgreens is my home pharmacy, and I'll be happy to patronize them for my entire family's needs for as long as we live here in Newport News!”

“Great stock and great prices! This location is always well stocked! I've also consistently have had great interactions with employees and staff! I was in awe of customer service. My only fault is how insanely packed this location always is and how long it takes to get out o the parking lot for this exact reason. I don't think it's popularity and heavy traffic is any fault to the great experience inside of the store, so I still give it 5 stars!”

“This location has recently added touchscreen tablets at its pharmacy, further depersonalizing an already tedious and poorly managed department. So when cashier 2785818 (i didnt get his name) took a moment to greet me by name while i was checking in, i didnt even realize it at first. Turns out he was polite, prompt, and engaged during my transaction and we even cracked a joke about enormous CVS receipts. TAKE CARE OF 2785818”

“I ordered a Cake from Walmart Bakery. I thought it would be an okay cake, they were the only place that wasn't booked for cake orders (graduation). They did a PHENOMENAL job on our cake for our Marriage Ministry at our Church. I cannot describe how impressed I was with the detail. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. The cake was also DELICIOUS!!!! Many Blessings to the person or persons who prepared our cake!”
