Their 5GUC (Ultra Capacity) band is actually faster than my home broadband connection. A lot faster. The main associate I was assigned to was in training. Even with that being the case, I was given top quality customer service. And since I was "doing it all" during this particular visit, the manager used it as a great training opportunity for her new worker. I was very impressed with the way the manager ran her store and took care of her employees, ensuring they were receiving adequate and quality training.
