“These 5 ☆s are ALL for Patty! I am on the verge of quitting Verizon and was tired of the online support/chats and was without a resolution or folluw up, so I got off work early and decided to go to the store and see if I can get a better result going in person in regards to this high bill. I stayed in the store about 2 hours and Patty helped about 4 separate customers while helping me! And the way he handled all of us and kept us each informed every step of the way is beyond phenomenal! This guy needs more than a raise, he should be a trainer! He could teach some of these greedy store and phone reps a little something. Seems you go in store and all the reps want are sales and lines so they can get commissions and bonuses. They dont care about saving us money, or educating us on our phones. Patty was at work to ASSIST customers and he did WAY MORE! He went the extra mile. He talked slower and spent extra time with the older customers - that was amazing. He acknowledged everyone that came in store and he communicated with everyone and effectively helped every customer in that store like a BOSS! Usually when you see a waiting room full of people for a long time, people start to get mad, well not when Patty around!! nobody was mad at all and the wait was LONG. Verizon is lucky to have him. I hope they take care of him for all he does! THANKS PATTY! YOU THE MVP”

“I needed information concerning cell service that works in Sunbury NC. My phone calls drop or can't even dial out with Spectrum.. Frustrating. Talked to others that used tmobile and they had quality service. Called T-Mobile in Suffolk and spoke to Eric. What a representative of TMobile...very informative, polite and friendly. Was patient with my questions. He explained levels of service and costs. Because of him I will be seeking cell service with T mobile for my cell phone needs. I may need to pay a few extra dollars BUT will have service!! Thank you Eric.”
