So I ended up going into the Cricket Wireless store in Herndon instead. I had no idea there was a location so close to me, and I’m really glad I stopped in. Sandra was awesome and made the whole experience incredibly easy. I walked out within 30 minutes with a brand new activated phone, a case, a charger, and my cell phone plan all set up. I went there right before their closing time on Saturday evening. But Afnan make everything easy. He was very friendly. They closed Sunday, By Tuesday I picked up my phone withvery reasonable charge So, at this point I totally trust them with their work. And ofcourse will visit them to check out the phone accessories time to time.I will give 5 Star for both Service & Repair⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
