“I originally tried to get a phone and set up a work plan through the Cricket website, but ran into an issue because the billing address on my credit card didn’t match the shipping address. So I ended up going into the Cricket Wireless store in Herndon instead.
I had no idea there was a location so close to me, and I’m really glad I stopped in. Sandra was awesome and made the whole experience incredibly easy. I walked out within 30 minutes with a brand new activated phone, a case, a charger, and my cell phone plan all set up.

The process is intimidating to me, and Jose was so patient and thorough. He reminded me about accessories I would need for my phone, but wasn’t pushy about it. 5 Star customer service!
