“Took in my tablet in recently to replace the glass screen, and wasn't able to pick it up right away after repairs were completed. They were good enough to hold onto it, knowing my financial situation, for at least two months. I did have to check in, so they'd know I hadn't abandoned it, which I found to be an understandable condition. When I did finally pick it up, I had no issues with the finished product.
Further, I have used PC Mobile for tablet repairs over at least the past 6 years at the recommendation of a T-Mobile employee and have never had an issue with them. They know what they're doing, and have been fair with me from the start. I'd recommend them to anyone who asked for a good electronics repair business.”

“I originally tried to get a phone and set up a work plan through the Cricket website, but ran into an issue because the billing address on my credit card didn’t match the shipping address. So I ended up going into the Cricket Wireless store in Herndon instead.
I had no idea there was a location so close to me, and I’m really glad I stopped in. Sandra was awesome and made the whole experience incredibly easy. I walked out within 30 minutes with a brand new activated phone, a case, a charger, and my cell phone plan all set up.

“Recently purchased an old-school Nokia flip phone to get my kid ready for the cellular world (not ready for the iPhone yet!). Brought it over to the AT&T Reston town center store to get a SIM card popped in and activated. Everything was flawless. Reagan and Jose hooked it up big time. They knew their stuff, were not pushy, and were able to give me some advice for some potential future plan changes. Flip phone working for leaving the store. All in all, everything took about 30 minutes. You guys were fantastic. Shout out to Reagan and Jose! Thx!!”

“There nothing like a well rounded customer service experience. I came in to replace my tempered screen protector and was certain I’d have a seamless interaction and be in & out quickly. I came in and was promptly greeted then asked the reason for my visit. Brandon was prompt professional and knowledgeable of products and services. I ran into a brief misunderstanding of policies surrounding my replacement screen protector. After connecting with a rep via the T-Mobile customer service line we landed on a resolution. Brandon exercised a wonderful level of personality and understanding which made for a very pleasant in store experience. I really appreciated Brandon’s recovery as his co-workers original approach was lackluster and unprofessional. Ask for Brandon.S, he’ll make sure you’re taken care of !!”
