“My partner along with I have shopped here for a couple of years. It used to be cramped and crowded before COVID-19 struck. It used to have a lot of name brand merchandise, but this Hot Topic seems to take more requests on Indie artists, which is fine.The employees are nice people, my last visit was January 29th, and it seems like that's when I noticed the drastic difference in the store. Everything was more organized and less cramped than it used to be. My partner along with I joked about how I missed it being more crowded.My only problems were that whenever I called asking about my application or my interview, none of the employees bothered introducing themselves on the phone. I had called multiple times just to check when my interview was, and when I got there it got delayed by thirty minutes. The assistant manager was an enjoyable lady and I felt less nervous around her during the interview. My only issue is the manager had been out during the 29th of January on Maternity leave. I called every week except for the past two weeks of this month, assuming they've hired someone else already.”

“This store is always clean and pretty organized compared to fair oaks location. I was looking for a last minute dress and Naiya really helped me out! Thank you so much ☺️Update: the dress I purchased -the strap to hold it up- literally ripped the day of my event ??? I had only tried it on once and it looked okay when I purchased it. This dress cost me $129 & some change. Loved the look but not happy with the strap quality and panicking the day of my event. ☹️”

Been shopping here for awhile now since closer than Tysons and not so packed, only complaint is that their music never seems to change, I’m sure the workers have gone insane or on their way. “The cashier Lana was so kind the system wasnt working properly and the coupon wasnt going through but Lana was determined to help and attempted to get some assistance from the manager with no solution and i ended up getting the items at regular price anyways because of Lanas excellent customer service”

“I appreciate the hard work of the employees for keeping the store neat and clean, but it's annoying to find things you like but most of the sizes are S or XS, and I have checked on multiple occasions, if the demand is high then you need to request more items in certain sizes.I'm annoyed but I know it's not necessary the location itself nor the employees.”
