“It’s a pretty alright location. Not great but not terrible. The layout is a bit odd and the luggage section was a bit limited. But I managed to find what I needed and some other funky things that were neat to see.”
“I have been coming to this location often because of Ayenalem. The first time I met her, her and her co worker taking care of my check out. I was complaining it’s too hot at the store. No questions ask she turn the fan towards me, I got feel better because I was sweating. Also asked their opinion on the items I purchased and provide their feedback back it help me a lot. They both very friendly and always smile even their look tired and busy. Ayenalem is a great example as an excellent employee providing excellent customer service and make the customer happy and feel valuable. I have been coming back on this location often and always looking for her she has been helping and providing me an excellent customer service. She should be one of the manager or supervisor she is great for all she do. She always offered to help with a big smile on her face and very friendly”
“The arm on my eyeglasses was missing a screw.
I went to Lenscrafters, but y\they were closed due to remodeling.
I stopped by this location and spoke to a woman in the optical department, and asked if she could help me.
She had a case of replacement screws, and fixed my glasses at no charge.
This was very friendly and professional, and I thanked her kindly.
