“I wanted to take the time out of my busy schedule , and do this review for Rose Francis who gave me exceptional customer service with an on line order on 02//10/24 . I opened a store credit card. We we’re having trouble placing the order, but she managed to work her magic around the computer and was able to figure it out .I myself come from HR and customer service. I saw that Mrs Rose truly likes her job. Her knowledge of the different products as well as her experience helped us understand the process and the decisions involved. She showed us different countertops and the edges and how much of an overhang was needed. We were happy to learn that Home Depot includes measuring, delivering and home installation in there price. She also helped us understand how current Home Depot promotions could save us money on our project. We recommend jan for kitchen renovation planning.”

“Why am I reviewing an industrial supply company? Probably because I'm bored and on hold with Cox Communications and it could be hours before I talk to anyone real. That and I thought their service was pretty good. I had to go hunt down an industrial strength fan to help cool down a garage. This place carries all kinds of stuff for your blue collar business. However, I think they only deal business to business. The first fan I picked up was a piece of crap. I returned it, no questions asked, and got another one with no difficulty. The staff was pretty friendly and down to earth.”
