Just yesterday, our course was set for 80+ attendees, and they were great at helping me set up food, tables, and desks. I couldn’t have done it without them.
Hari and Nyna were incredibly kind and accommodating as well. I will most certainly come to them for future events at Intelligent Office.”
“This is a great friendly neighborhood location. I had a concern about a package that kept being delayed so I stopped by this location just to ask a question about it and one of the employees named Neyda assisted the best she could and just her taking the time to hear my concern eased my mind and let me know the package should be there soon and explained the process of how sometimes things happen at the package facility or the drivers. Later that day my package did arrive like she assured me and i even had to call back to just thank her for the listening ear and great customer service.”
“I've been dropping off my Amazon returns here for forever (and have never had anything but top-notch service), but my recent experience with using their printing service was INCREDIBLE. Ryan was very patient, answering all of my questions and providing helpful suggestions. Even though it’s in a busy location, there were usually enough employees working, so wait times stayed short and service moved quickly. Every time I went, including during peak hours, they handled the flow of customers really well. Overall, I’ve consistently had a good experience here.”

“When I first visited this location, I walked away disappointed—and I wasn’t alone. The experience felt frustrating from start to finish: the staff seemed overwhelmed and disengaged, wait times were excessive even during off-peak hours, and the overall workflow felt chaotic and inefficient. Compared to other UPS stores I’ve used—where service is typically fast, courteous, and well-organized—this one stood out for all the wrong reasons.
Customer service at the time felt like an afterthought. There was little sense of urgency, and communication with customers was minimal. It didn’t inspire confidence, especially if you were relying on them for time-sensitive shipping or business logistics.
That said, I believe in giving credit when it’s due. On more recent visits, I’ve seen a clear and noticeable improvement. The staff now appears better trained and more attentive, the process at the counter moves more efficiently, and the energy of the store feels more professional. It’s a much smoother experience overall.
Whatever changes they’ve made - better staffing, or simply taking customer feedback seriously - it’s working. The store is now functioning at a level I’d expect from a UPS location, and it’s reassuring to see that kind of progress.
While my initial review reflected the problems at the time, I’m pleased to update it now to acknowledge the positive direction they’ve taken.”

“Don't be fooled by the young employee's ! This location offers actual empathy and support when it feel's like things are going sideways ! We no longer will go to Fedex for our printing needs as the employee's here have been much more ethical and supportive when we've had varying requests. “I’ve never had a problem. I drop off UPS packages all the time and have never had a problem getting a receipt. I think some of the negative reviews come from people not understanding the difference between a UPS drop off and UPS access point. You can purchase a UPS label at Parcel Place and they will accept UPS drop offs if you already have the Amazon return shipping label printed.They cannot scan your Amazon return bar code and print the label for you. You need to go to an actual UPS store or UPS access point for that service (you can do that at AutoZone right down the street OR the UPS store in Bradlick shopping center).Additionally, with regards to the review about discrimination against Caucasians, I have never experienced anything like that. The owner has always been nice to me and I’m white. However, I always go out of my way to treat service people (waiters/bartenders/retail sales associates) with the respect they deserve, so I usually get excellent customer service in return.”
“The three employees working at #4832 on 8/2 at 1:50pm were awesome. I came into the store with two skateboards, which are unusual sizes and depths, ie not really a traditional thing to ship, and they figured out what box would be best and then how we could cut it a little bit to make sure that it fit, and that I wasn’t paying extra for no reason. The female employee proposed using a golf club box instead of one for fine art, and it worked PERFECTLY! These kids - and I say that out of respect because younger employees get a lot of flak these days - went above and boyond in their customer service and should be recognized for setting a new standard.”

“I have been using this UPS Store for at least 15 years. The staff are always professional, helpful and kind. I first started using them to have documents notarized after our father passed away. They answered any questions we had and were very kind during that extremely difficult time in our lives. They never make me feel silly for not being familiar with their services and machines. This summer, Angel has always been the person who waited on me. She is always knowledgeable and helpful. She and the rest of the staff do not lose sight of the fact that their customers are using their services because they may have experienced life changing events, such as moving, job search, births, deaths and therefore they are a great resource for our community.”

Went into the UPS store to return products from AT&T did not feel very confident about the return process, walk to the counter, a young lady name Paris seemed full of confidents ask how she could help me? I pulled out all my paperwork that I had prepared upon coming to the store. With her Calm demeanor, , she exclaimed, I would not need all the paperwork… She was so calm and professional. I decided to step back and see what she could do… in less than three minutes, she had unpacked my perfectly packed wrapped box, which took me more than an hour to do. Scan the product , and said that was it. Very nice job and customer service, Paris?! I could’ve gotten upset. But within that short period of time, she gave me my receipt and she was done… I looked at my receipt. Everything seem to be in order… so I told Paris thank you very much for your help and have a good day. An I was on my way?! Can’t make this up… Had a couple of errands to run, got home by the time I check my emails. AT&T send me a email, said that they received my return!? goes to show you what can happen if we just step out of our way sometimes! Excellent job Paris and thank you very very much…?????UPS keep her?”

“I have maintained many different UPS boxes throughout my life as I’ve moved around the U.S., but I have enjoyed an EXCEPTIONALLY SUPER experience with the UPS Store in Yorktowne Plaza in Falls Church, VA! Even though the store is normally pretty busy, employees there ALWAYS greet me with a smile when I arrive, and the staff all competently offer service. It’s obvious that employees at this location actually CARE about their customers--increasingly rare today(!) Just this week, Ashton had the presence-of-mind to actually come-out from behind the counter in order to help me carry packages to my car so that I wouldn’t have to make multiple trips back-and-forth. Ashton certainly demonstrates the type of competence and customer attention that is characteristic of the staff at Yorktowne Plaza UPS Store.
