“I was really worried at first because of a previous bad experience at another lab—they overcharged me since I don’t have insurance. As soon as I entered Quest Diagnostics, I asked about the cost of my lab tests. A very kind lady helped me right away and told me the price without hesitation. When I mentioned I was looking for something more affordable, she kindly suggested checking Ulta Lab Tests online for better prices.
I appreciated her honesty and left to discuss it with my husband. He found the Ulta Lab website and sent me the link. I tried to register while still outside, but the process was a bit confusing and I couldn’t figure it all out. Since I had already taken the day off from work, I decided to just go back inside and get the tests done.
I asked for the lady I spoke with earlier, but she was on break. Another very helpful staff member said she could assist me. I explained everything to her, and she offered to help me right then. To my surprise, she entered all my test information and offered me a much lower price than expected. I was even more surprised when she said everything would be done right there at the same location!
I’m so thankful to both of the ladies who helped me. They made what started as a stressful day into a smooth and pleasant experience. I truly appreciate their kindness and support.”

“I like the Quest Diagnostics facility at Fuller Court, Alexandria VA, and choose to drive a little further to go there rather than facilities closer to me. The technicians are always professional, and quite honestly, they are far more meticulous in adhering to best practices here than at other facilities, such having me verify my name is on each vial and communicating with me what they are doing. I also appreciate that they graciously helped remove my coat and hang it up (the wall hooks are too high for me to reach). I also appreciate that I see the same technicians each time I go for labs. They are always respectful of their clients and pleasant to work with!”

“I had a traumatic experience years ago at a teaching facility when I got blood drawn so I was very anxious. I do have a vasovagal response and it can be super bad. Best. Draw. Ever. One poke. I didn’t even have a mark the next day. I have never felt so comfortable, seen, heard, and respected. This will be my go-to for my bloodwork from now on. I requested a butterfly needle and to lie down. Both were not a problem. Tanisha did my labs quickly, professionally and easily talking to me the whole time to distract from the process. “I read reviews before going to this Labcorp for my bloodwork and expected the worst since I was a walk-in. But I was taken in within three minutes.
Moreover, the phlebotomist was so lovely and caring (unfortunately, I didn't ask her name, but I'm giving her credit for being so nice). She even went to another lab to get the collection tubes we needed instead of canceling my order and sending me somewhere else.”

“I absolutely love this location. The staff here is great. Yolanda is by far the best phlebotomist I have ever had! So has helped me so much over the years with my anxiety of needles to the point I feel like I have conquered my fear (which was due to a bad experience in the past). Ria, from NJ, actually took my blood on this visit, and she made me feel at ease. Usually, I would feel nervous with someone other than Yolanda, but the way she spoke to me, as if we were friends, I did not tense up. These two ladies deserve a raise! Their calming techniques were top-tier. I wouldn’t go to anyone else or any location. Highly recommend!”

“This review pertains to the Arlington Blvd location in Fairfax, VA. The medical personnel who took my blood was very professional, pleasant, and respectful. She was thorough verifying my information and went through the routine of asking whether the labels on the tubes were correct. She was able to find a good vein right away. I have very fine veins that’s why I appreciate it very much when the person taking my blood finds a good vein. Overall, I’ve always had a good experience at this location.”
“I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I know to give flowers where flowers are due. Santrell at LabCorp in Arlington runs her location with incredible efficiency and professionalism. I showed up 30 mins early to be safe, but she immediately checked me and told me not to worry. She called me up right after I checked in, and I was back out the door in under eight minutes. I spent more time thanking her on my way out than I did in the drawing room.
