“Craters and Freighters shipped a large painting from DC to New England for me. The service was excellent! They explained the process fully, gave me a clear estimate of cost, called to keep me up to date on when the painting would arrive, packed it in a manner that it was fully protected. Did superb coordination with a local company that picked up the painting from the Craters and Freighters hub nearest to me. The local company, Action Moving and Storage, also was excellent and delivered the painting, removed all the packing materials and brought it into my house, flawlessly. Highest recommendation!!!”

“This was my very first time visiting this UPS Store, and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. I went in with five packages to mail and a few Amazon returns, and the whole process was easy peasy. The attendant was super helpful, quick, and friendly—exactly what you want when you’ve got errands to run. I was in and out in five minutes flat. Efficient, hassle-free, and definitely worth five stars!”
“Excellent service, I came here for finger prints for a fieldprint appointment. I am convinced all these negative reviews are by people who came unprepared and are taking it out on this business because I had a wonderful experience as a first time customer. I was seen 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and the entire process took less than a few minutes. My technician was super friendly and had no trouble with the machine or taking my fingerprints. Just make sure to have your QR code, your photo ID and a valid credit card and you’re all set. I will definitely come back in the future for services and recommend this location!”

“My fiance and I came in here yesterday to print out some signage for our upcoming wedding. First, I want to give the biggest shout out to the GM Maxwell. As soon as we walked in he immeditately took care of us and went so far above and beyond to make this an easy experience for us. He told us he and his wife had recently got married too and wanted to take as much stress off of us as he could - and he definitely did. I don't write reviews very often, but my fiance and I both felt like it was necessary to provide feedback about how great Maxwell was to work with. Second, I did a ton of price shopping for our printing needs (menus, welcome cards, welcome sign, etc) and FedEx was about $200 cheaper overall than everywhere I looked at online. Overall, super happy with this experience and would recommend this location in particular. Huge thank you again to Maxwell!!!!!!”

I had an issue where a package I shipped a month ago did not show any updates in the USPS system. Initially I went to this UPS store and spoke to another employee. He told me there was absolutely nothing he could do and told me to contact USPS. After me trying to peel the onion and get more answers I got absolutely nothing. He then sent me on my way.
I then spent the next hour on the phone trying to get assistance and eventually got in contact with a USPS agent. She told me the tracking number was not valid and there was nothing she could do either. Now I’m scrambling.
Finally I went back to the same store. B****na was able to query the system and let me know the package was delivered successfully a few hours prior. She did this in no time.
Huge thank you to her!
Other employees should definitely take notes and learn from her example!”

“Update following the below review:I received a call from a manager ensuring the predetermined date (after the initial one failed) was acceptable with my schedule. She also called following the installation of the stovetop (on a Saturday mind you) to confirm everything went according to plan. I also brought up that I was scheduled to have a fridge picked up, but had yet to receive a call or notice from the proposed driver. She put me on a brief hold and informed me that a driver nearby would come pick it up within 5-10 minutes. Sure enough, they came and left with the fridge within 5 minutes.The first delivery through JB Hunt went well - they called 30 minutes prior to making their delivery and were on-time; however, the second delivery went considerably less well. They never provided a courtesy call, nor care to back up their supposed excuse of a process. After speaking with their representatives, they informed me that they are unable to re-route their driver (who failed to provide me with a courtesy call and rang the doorbell and left immediately afterwards). I now have to take additional time off work to meet their scheduling demands once their "system processes" the request for another delivery attempt. So unfortunate that companies have to rely on them.”

“I don't know how someone decides to leave 1star rating to place with hard working people. I have always had a great experience at this location and the owner is such a polite and decent person. I drop my packages there every single day , minus the Sundays and have always been treated great with kindness . Always see a happy face when I walk in. Perhaps its just - what you give is what you get !
I see previous reviews saying the rates are high - go to Fedex or UPS location and you will get the same rates. They are just a franchise, they can't come up with their own prices is what I assume.
Moreover, if you want better rates then open business account with the shipper. Why blaming the franchise for it ???♀️”
