“I wonder about the one star reviews here. We have only been treated kindly by staff here, who always take time to help my son look for Pokemon. For example, on our last visit the staff helped clarify the buy 3 get 1 free deal by scanning items to confirm how it worked.”

“Before I begin, let me start off by saying that this review is based solely upon my personal experiences and my personal experiences alone. So with that being said let's review!!..This is the best looking 7-11 stores I have seen, it's set up like most stores but it has an extra little something that I can't seem to put my finger on. I took a couple of pictures of things I've never seen in any 7-11, for instance it's own chair and table in the back as well as a beer section. Now before someone says I see these all the time in grocery stores! I have as well but not in a small convenient store, ( now remember if you need to refer to my review slogan, please feel free ) :-)Let's just say I was impressed with the layout and design of this particular location. I will return again soon and snap some more pictures of other things I haven't seen in other 7-11 stores.”

“First let me start by saying I’ve been to metro’s where the customer service is bad and this store HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EXPERIENCED IN A VERY LONG TIME Both gentleman Chris and Jay were very patient and friendly i was purchasing a new phone and they help me set everything up they even gave me a discount on a case and i am very pleased this by far is the best store in the Hampton roads area i believe these 2 gentlemen deserve a raise they were so helpful and patient they even greeted me when i first walked in and even held the door for me as i left I’m so thankful for them too”

She was very knowledgeable, patient, and understanding of the confusion and misinformation that we had receive during the process of trying to complete a trade-in, upgrade, etc. with multiple phones. She took the time to thoroughly explain the process, spoke directly to customer care, and ensured the account was accurately notated for everything completed. We definitely got her business card to follow her to any Verizon store she’s working at! Thanks again Ashley for making my kids feel better with this phone dilemma.”

“I recently switched to Tmobile and the customer service I received from the manager, Quanica, was unmatched. She was able to get my plan rate lower and also showed me how to turn in my phones for monetary reimbursement. 'Q' went above and beyond my expectations and would undoubtedly return to this store if I have any questions or issues in the future. If her service if a reflection of Tmobile then I plan to keep my business there a very long time!”
“The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There is always a wait time no matter what time I came but once it's your turn to be assisted you understand why there's a wait, the associates are very hands on and attentive and made sure i was happy. I didn't intend to spend any money but I knew I would b offered something and I was mad at it at all, the sales pitch wasn't pushy or anything and a great deal was worked out and I left with a new free phone, which I needed anyway”
“This is the cleanest 7-Eleven I've been too they have a bathroom that is actually usable lol those who know know ha ha They also have a lot of small toys for kids which I think it's because there's a campground not far away but they make great little souvenirs and they get some cool fidget toys like pop it's and spinners They generally have hot food available that looks fresh and does not look like it's been sitting there for eight years they often times have a special on their pizza and the staff are extremely nice at this location every time I come in they say hi to me and give me a genuine smile and we usually talk about something relevant and I legit enjoy visiting If you are ever on Carolina Road connecting the states definitely make a pitstop or if you're camping nearby”

The ( I believe) manager quickly fixed the issue and thanked me for coming in and told me to have a nice day. He just didn't know how much I appreciated that. It helped my day go much better. “This gas station is usually not busy and there is fresh coffee all the time. I recommend signing up for 7-11 rewards to get a 3 cent per gallon discount on gas. If you sign up for the app, you can accrue points to earn free stuff. There major competitor is right across the street...another 7-11.”
