“The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There is always a wait time no matter what time I came but once it's your turn to be assisted you understand why there's a wait, the associates are very hands on and attentive and made sure i was happy. I didn't intend to spend any money but I knew I would b offered something and I was mad at it at all, the sales pitch wasn't pushy or anything and a great deal was worked out and I left with a new free phone, which I needed anyway”

She was able to get my plan rate lower and also showed me how to turn in my phones for monetary reimbursement. 'Q' went above and beyond my expectations and would undoubtedly return to this store if I have any questions or issues in the future. If her service if a reflection of Tmobile then I plan to keep my business there a very long time!”
