“I recently had an exceptional customer service experience with Chris, at the Chesapeake Sq store, who exemplified true professionalism and unwavering integrity. While I was waiting, I observed Chris assisting a customer who was purchasing a new device. The customer was still unknowingly paying for a service plan on an older watch they no longer used.Instead of taking the opportunity to upsell or open a new line—which would have resulted in an unnecessary ongoing expense for the customer—Chris proactively recommended swapping the new product onto the existing plan to save the customer money. This honest and transparent approach is a testament to Chris’s strong moral character and dedication to customer care. Outstanding service and high ethical standards like this deserve recognition.”

“I had such a great experience at the Verizon store on Cedar Road! I went in to add an existing phone from a friend onto my plan as a fifth line, and I honestly expected to be there for at least an hour or two. Instead, I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Bayleigh was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable — she helped me unlock the phone, get it erased, and set everything up so quickly. On top of that, she took the time to clearly walk me through what it would cost to upgrade my other phones, which I really appreciated. I was so impressed with her customer service and how smoothly she handled everything. Highly recommend stopping in and asking for Bayleigh!”
“I’ve always received excellent service at this Verizon store and my last visit was no exception. Was having issues with my iPad and Alex was able to help me within a few minutes. He’s knowledgeable and friendly.

“To COX Management: I want you to know what a valuable employee you have. I had the pleasure of have one of your field representatives (Vitalii ****** come to my home and FIX a TV problem that had been going off and on for over 3 months. This is after many phone calls and 2 other technicians coming out. He gave his business care and said for me to call if I had any further issues. Well, today I called him with what turned out to be a minor issue. It was even his day off! He walked me thru the problem in about 5 minutes. (Which probably would haven taken at least 45 mins. to even get someone on the phone and most likely would have had to dispatch a service tech, a couple of days later). I definitely give Vitalii 5 stars! Cathie ******”

They handled a complex account issue with ease and made sure I walked out with the phones I wanted. Fletcher even went to another store to grab the stock we needed, and Tyler stayed in constant communication to keep me informed on the progress. Highly recommend this location! “Serenity was amazing. She overcame an unnecessarily complex issue with getting my fios router. Raise do immediately! I just moved into my new house today, and was told that I will have to wait until August 5 to get Wi-Fi. It’s July 31!
I was also told that when I got to the store, I could pick up self-install equipment And it will be active that day. When I got to the store, that was not the case, but serenity got it all figured out and I was able to walk out the store with active Wi-Fi!”
