“Convenient and easy to use, the Harris Teeter Fuel Center is a great spot to fill up. The pumps are well maintained and there’s usually plenty of space to get in and out quickly. The staff nearby are friendly and helpful if you need anything. It’s a nice bonus that you can earn fuel points while shopping inside Harris Teeter. Overall, a hassle-free and reliable place to get gas!”
“I so appreciate the management at this Shell station at 7340 Richmond Road in Williamsburg, VA.
I accidentally left my wallet in the bathroom while traveling for a mini-vacation in Virginia Beach from Richmond.
It was hours later that I realized I couldn’t find my wallet!
After much ineffective searching and lamenting- I finally thought to call that Shell to see if it had been found.
Sure enough the manager did indeed have it, he kept it safe for me, and returned it to me when I passed back through 2 days later (with another form of I.D, which luckily I did have my passport in my bag).
I am just so grateful for this manager’s kindness, professionalism, and prudent policy for his customers’ lost items!

“My favorite 7-Eleven store!Plenty of Slurpee options. Last two times I've gone, they've given me a free slurpee randomly so that's cool! Most of the staff are pretty friendly. One big improvement in the future would be mobile checkout being available at this store. They have signage for it but it doesn't appear to actually be set up.”

“Open during COVID-19 crisis with great prices on gas (1.78/gallon) and good sanitation of store. Employees were friendly, large dispenser of hand sanitizer at the front door and a female employee was sweeping and wiping things down the entire time I was in the store. No refillable containers allowed currently, but still serving up slurpees, snacks, and basic necessities. Nicest 7-11 in Williamsburg. Quiet atmosphere and friendly employees.”

“Nice clean store. The staff always seems attentive here. My husband makes me stop here all the time for the Mac and cheese. Delicious and worth the 5-10 minute wait. They also have good milk shakes. I don’t think I have ever even gotten gas here. It’s like a hole in the wall little deli. Must stop by if you are in the area.”

“Great folks on and run this station they're very friendly and very helpful and if you're in need of a place to take your car for repair they can direct you they just don't do repairs there they have a lot of things there homemade baked items cold sandwiches milk you name it they got a lot of things in there and some you wouldn't expect like roasted peanuts have different flavors and like I said the folks there are very nice and very accommodating”
“Great experience here on 5-16-22! Pulled up, walked in about 9:5?a.m., & was greeted "Good morning!"? by 2 friendly employees who were busy at work. I said good morning back, walked straight in to use the very clean restroom, chatted with them for a quick minute, thanked them for the work they are obviously putting into the very well kept store, went to pump the average priced (cheaper w/ fas rewards card) gas, and went on my way. Nice job ladies!! I hope your boss appreciates you as much as I do!! Thanks again!!”

“The weather took out our power. I surmised that a certain international convenience chain might still have power, so I ambled over and was not disappointed. The manager of this shop was present and when I broached the matter, he proudly beamed that the store had never closed. That pride shines through in the operations of this most ordinary of shops, and I remember the place for it. That's an achievement, I think--remembering a trip to Seven Eleven is like remembering an overcast sky. And everyone seems to come to seven eleven for routine products. The litterbugs along Longhill Road are clearly hotdog aficionados, and the drunk drivers favor the not-so-cheap beer that I suspect is a vital part of this branch's business plan. I come for milk, eggs and gas. The milk generally has waxy crusts, so I have to keep it and even open it in a plastic bag. Neither it nor the eggs are a good value, but the place is a five-minute walk away. That sure beats having to fire up the internal combustion to drive out to Lion Food. Three cheers to the cheap gas, too.”

“The Toano Shell station is my go to for a quick bite to eat. I tend to stop by about 2-3 times a week to pick up lunch since it’s so close to my work. I want to personally give Jackie 5 stars, she is so friendly, very helpful and always smiling.. I notice often she is the only employee working and does an excellent job keeping the store running.. There are times it can be very busy being so close to the interstate and Jackie handles everything smoothly.. Thank you Jackie for great service every time I stop in.”
