“AJ Madison’s customer service in my experience was AAA. There were issues with my order, due to me entirely. First I ordered the wrong range then I didn’t do my diligence checking out the replacement range and missed some damage. AJM never gave up on me. They continued to work with me until I received the range I wanted. Everyone I encountered at AJM treated me with kindness and respect. in my estimation AJM went over and above to make sure I was a satisfied customer!!! “The GBC team did a fantastic job on our kitchen and master bath remodel at the same time and in time with project projections. Yaprak was our designer and she worked with us to select all the materials and finishes, from countertops to door handles and everything in between. Her suggestions and observations aligned with our design tastes for a wonderful selection (with one small exception when late in the process the tiling we wanted for the shower inset became unavailable.) Carlos Solorzano was our on site project manager. He was communicative, attentive, responsive and respectful. A consummate professional! We lived in our basement during the remodel so it was stressful but Carlos did what he could to alert us to what was coming next and prepare for the workers who would be inhabiting our house. Abraham was the leader of the work crew. He and his team worked quickly and with care. Overall a very positive experience with a beautiful outcome.”

“Manex remodeling is an awesome company. They did renovate my 2 bathrooms, my 2 living rooms (first floor and second floor) stairs , railings and basically my whole house except kitchen with competitive price. They even installed a washer hook up upstairs. Tony , their leader is easy to talk with and gave precise advise on what to buy just like porcelain tiles, shower system, freestanding tub, laminate floor, toilet sit and more. He encouraged me also to change my stairs railings and I am very happy with the outcome. Their electrician is very skilled and knowledgeable. The team plumber who did my second floor plumbing system because of expanding my bathroom and installing my washer is very meticulous. The one who installed the porcelain tiles is very precise and pleasant and very satisfying to work with. All of his team did their best to work with my family that we don’t need to rent an apartment to evacuate the house . I even leave some of my furniture in my living room , family room and bedrooms and their team work it out while changing the floor and repaint the rooms. When I found out that that I have a leak on my main water line and probably has been happening for years , Tony send his plumber to fix it immediately. Their HVAC guy is very helpful to rearrange my air ducts inlets and outflow ducts. Manex will also be doing my windows replacement in few weeks. All in all my family was satisfied with all the work they have done, to listen to my concern, and respond appropriately to my questions. I can choose all five qualities written on the question, professionalism, work quality, value, punctuality, and responsiveness. “Nine years ago Century Kitchen and Bath remodeled my kitchen. Their work was excellent, price modest and easy to work with. The workmanship has held up well. But last week I had an issue with my sink. The owners came out to check the issue and even though way past the guarantee will repair for free! It’s hard to find good customer service however they go above and beyond. There aren’t enough good words for this company.”

“This is our second time working with the team at Globe Bath & Kitchen and we couldn’t say better things about them. They first did our guest bathroom prior to the pandemic. Even before signing a contract we had renders and estimates in hand. The project turned out exactly to specs, on budget and time. The major renovation of our entire lower level - kitchen, floors, lighting, and fireplace refacing - was delayed by years due to our family’s schedules, but recently completed. We got the same team as in early 2020. The team was clean, fast, efficient, and treated our community with the utmost respect. Our neighbors noticed and went out of their way to let us know the team was quiet (as possible), clean and didn’t leave gates propped open. The project finished three weeks ahead of time, and about 2% over budget. We did move out to allow the team to work quickly, but still were pleasantly surprised at the outcome.
