“Miki, the Head of Maintenance, is by far one of the most amazing workers I have encountered here at Camden Fairfax Corner. I originally needed help with my blinds because they were sticking, and he took the time to truly listen to my concerns, explain what the issue could be, and use trusty WD-40. Now they glide like butta.
He is genuinely the best, most non-judgmental listener I have ever met when it comes to maintenance issues. On top of that, I was also having issues with my hot water heater—I like to shower on the devil’s level ?—and he patiently explained why the temperature couldn’t be set any higher than it already was. Once he explained it, I completely understood.
Miki didn’t stop there. He also fixed my door that wasn’t closing properly. He took the time to figure out exactly what was wrong, quickly used his tools, and now it closes with no issues at all. I had also accidentally taken some paint off my door, and he went above and beyond by repainting it—now it looks brand new.
I truly wish all apartment buildings had people like Miki. He makes you feel like family and safe knowing he’s around. If I ever have an issue, I know that he or someone from his team will be there in a timely manner to help. I don’t know what Miki gets paid, but I do know it’s not enough—he absolutely deserves a raise!”

“I have complained about our sink only having blazing hot water to the point where we got used to it not having cold water. So I put in a request to have someone take a look at it and even mentioned not to send a maintenance guy. Because they always say that they don't know what the problem is and that they would have the office call a plumber which never showed up. In my last complaint they sent Eduardo Lopez. He took his time diagnosing the situation even going to the extent of removing the entire faucet and finally gave me his diagnosis. He replaced the faucet and just like that everything was working well. I don't know why the other maintenance workers couldn't figure this out. I was so happy they sent Eduardo cause finally a problem that lasted years is now fixed.”

The community is clean and welcoming but what really stands out is Jasmine and Claudia. They’ve been incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely caring from day one. Very peaceful place and the houses look very pretty. They have amenities like the pool, clubhouse, gym and much more. 100% would recommend living here. Rent is very affordable too.”
“I have lived here since July 2022 and it's such an amazing place to call home. The staff (concierges, leasing, and maintenance) are super friendly and helpful and they have regular resident events that are a lot of fun. The other residents are really nice and it's a very dog-friendly community. It's also convenient that there are businesses on the first floor, like Cafe Kindred. The one down side is the elevators do break down on a somewhat frequent basis. Otherwise, it's a wonderful place to live!”
“I’ve lived here for two years and I’ll probably sign for a third. It’s a nice quiet place to live, mostly older folks and some families. The pool is large and never crowded and the outdoor terrace was just beautifully redone. Parking is cheap and always available. The concierge and maintenance staff are all lovely and responsive.”
“I worked there for a little over three years, everyone in the office and through maintenance were all great people. Of course there were times when you had to deal with something negative whether it was from an issue in the office, in an apartment and yes, I did have to notify Herndon Police to remove homeless people from the property but all in all, a very nice place. The kids had a playground and a soccer field and if my memory serves me correctly, there were charcoal pits for barbecues. If I was still living in Virginia, I'd still be there.”

We've had to put in multiple maintenance requests since move in but the maintenance staff is quick, kind and very friendly. Parking is easy without paying for a reserved spot.
