The people on Fairfax Blvd were always smiling when I walked in the door and were so kind with the whole process. The manager especially made everything super easy and I was able to get a rental car and clear instructions in a matter of minutes! Definitely will use them again if I ever need to!”

“I recently discovered there is an Avis/Budget rental office within the Holiday Inn. I only rent from Avis and previously traveled to National airport to rent for work and personal use. No airport fees at this location and one-on-one interaction with friendly staff. It is a great experience and I cannot say enough in recommending this location.
