“So I have been going to this store for years and never had any issues. When trying to buy a pair of Nikes I was told that I had to buy the shoes before being able to try on both shoes together. Is that a new policy? Just curious because I have never had an experience like that at this DSW or any of there other locations in the area.”

“I come up here a couple times a year or so and every single time Joe has gone above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. Not only is he very knowledgeable about the product lines, but he knows what suits different body types. I have been to many DXL stores over the years and across the country and this one is by far the best by a long shot. The selection is second to none, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Even if I’m only passing through the northern Virginia area I always make sure to stop to see what they have in.”
