Why is it easier for a person to open a brokerage account with stolen information, than to close said account when the human that owns that account physically shows you proof in person. Cancel my account! Do better! Christ is King!!!

Receptionist was rude and gave us exactly the wrong info and refused to set up an appointment to transfer funds to schwab

My experience at the VB Schwab office was fabulous. I stopped by without an appointment because I needed paperwork. The associate at the counter was very professional and helpful. He arranged to have what I needed overnighted. I’m so pleased with the service. Thank you!
