All these things have been made very well and have been through a lot but still hold up nicely. The quality of the bedframes we have bought are great and the prices are amazing. “I entered MattressFirm with a little bit of knowledge and a budget. Roy and I talked for about 5 minutes then he said he thought what I was looking for was more likely on-line. After another 5 minutes we came up with a mattress that was very close to what I was looking for and definitely under my budget. He didn't try to upsale me. Was more interested in what was going to work for my situation now. In a few years when my situation has improved I will be looking for Roy again. A good solid business transaction without any BS.

“I went to Rock's Carolina Furniture after not finding the sofa sleeper I was looking for
online and at other furniture stores. Patrick, the owner greeted me and allowed me time to look around on my own.
I settled on a couple of sofas and he helped me weigh the pros and cons for my decision. Next we arranged for delivery which was prompt and his two delivery men were the best. On time, friendly and very competent. A great experience!”

“Roy is a joy to work with and the furniture and items at his store are genuinely of great quality. I found a (next to new) treadmill he was selling on fb marketplace. Roy went out of his way to stay at his store to work around my schedule and even loaded the computer display for the treadmill in my car. He recommended one of his guys to deliver the rest of treadmill to my house. There was a hiccup in delivery which was not Roy's fault, but he contacted me as soon as he could to resolve the issue, which I appreciated. Still giving 5 stars because the delivery hiccup had nothing to do with Roy. Came for the good quality items, but I'll be returning because you can't find customer service like this just anywhere! He's been in business since 1985 and now I see why!!”
“After going to multiple furniture stores looking for a leather couch and matching recliner found it at Haynes! Told sales lady what I was looking for and the first one I fell in love with. Bonus was a July 4 sale so was a lot cheaper than figured would spend. Not only that but had recliner, massage and heat perfect for my back! Highly recommend!”

They built their signature Faisant Table using thick, 2.5" white ash.This is a work of art and a 450lb heirloom that we'll have for life.”
