“Twice I’ve had an excellent experience - I walked in with my iPhone not working and walked out in less than 30 minutes with it fixed. Awesome!! The technician was able to fix my iPhone quickly and for a reasonable price, no pitch was made to sell me something I didn’t want or need. This was such a positive experience compared to “Genius Bar” where one must have an appointment and frequently the bar has tried to sell me something.”

“It was such a pleasure to come into the Lynnhaven Mall Store. Justine was who helped me. I first came in on 8.16.25 but they password issues, Justin asked me to come back tomorrow. I came in around 1:00 pm I wasn’t able to take care of my phone at the time so I went home and came back with my backup phone. Justin was in the store all my himself, had like 5 Customers in the store, he handled each and everyone and the cherry on the top he is fluent in Spanish and was able to communicate with them as well. He was very attentive to each and everyone of us. I was so very impressed. My time at this store for two days took time but it was all worth the wait. Please give this young man a raise.”

“I dropped my phone in 15’ of salt water in Broad Bay at 9 pm December 18th. luckily after about an hour i was able to retrieve it. Like an idiot I didn’t back my phone up for months. Jason was able to get the phone to function where I could get all the info and transfer everything to a new phone. What a life saver. Thanks Jason. He has done other work for me in the past on other things i have screwed up. Ifix 757 is my go too every time. Jason tells you whats up, up front, is fair priced and does great work.”
