“After calling the office, w/ my issue (suddenly stripped piece of hardware that didnt allow blinds to open or close), I was told a supervisor would call me back to see if there was a kwik fix for it. He called back promptly, requested pictures & followed up w/ ordering new piece of hardware. Less than 2 weeks later, I was called to schedule the replacement hardware installation for the following week. I was told the job would take 30-45 minutes but it only took 10 minutes! The 2 guys were cordial & respectful of my time by calling me to announce a 20 minute prior job delay. They arrived promptly when they said they would. They were friendly, professional & expeditious! “Visited behind Prentis Store on a Thursday morning and got to see some beautiful sheep and find out alot about them, there was also a bantam chicken there trained to sit nicely and allow people to pet it. The staffer informed us that in February they sheer the sheep by hand and allow people to watch. The sheep’s wool can take 2-3 days to dry after getting wet. They were delightful to watch, very well taken care of.”

This little shop is chock o block with bolts of beautiful bargains .The helpful, knowledgeable ladies directed me to the perfect fabric for renewing my 20 year old club chairs. Their suggestions were invaluable in producing the desired outcome. The accompanying Bob’s Upholstery did a meticulous job in bringing them back to practically original condition . I requested that as much of the integrity of the chairs be maintained .T!hey did just that in addition to making them even more comfortable. Could not be happier!”

Full-year net revenue jumped 16.8% to $2.4 billion, and net income rose to $121.7 million from $87.9 million the prior year. CEO Bill Barton told analysts the company plans to open about 20 new stores in 2026 and sees a path to more than 500 locations by 2035, roughly two and a half times its current 209-store footprint across 26 states.
