“Five stars. I ordered everything over the phone, and the owner made the entire process incredibly easy. He listened to what I needed, recommended the right mattresses, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everything was exactly as promised. What really stood out was the service. After delivering the mattresses, he noticed the movers had failed to assemble one of the bed frames, even though they were supposed to. Without being asked, he assembled it himself. That’s the kind of customer service you don’t see very often anymore. I also learned that he serves in the U.S. Armed Forces. Thank you for your service, and thank you for treating your customers with such care and professionalism. If you’re looking for a mattress in Williamsburg, I highly recommend Go Mattresses. Honest advice, excellent prices, and exceptional customer service from start to finish.”

“I had a bed delivered and the driver ran over our well, the company took responsibility outright and made good on their promise to fix it. There are very few companies these days that are honest and responsible and this is one of them. Any mattresses I need in the future will be from them.”
