The Original Mattress Factory is an employee-owned business that offers high-quality, hand-built mattresses and box springs directly from its local factory. Customers can enjoy better prices compared to mainstream brands, thanks to the factory-direct model. The company specializes in two-sided, flippable mattresses made with top-quality materials, paired with flexing box springs that enhance comfort and durability. They also provide custom-sized mattresses for unique needs such as RVs, campers, boats, and antique beds. The shopping experience is designed to be no-pressure and honest, with staff like Ken providing helpful guidance and education to customers. While most reviews highlight positive experiences, some customers have expressed disappointment when the delivered mattress did not match the store model, resulting in dissatisfaction. However, the company has shown responsibility in resolving issues, such as fixing damages caused during delivery. Overall, The Original Mattress Factory is known for its quality products, honest service, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I had a fair but not great experience buying a mattress. The buying and delivery processes are not smooth and I had hiccups where there should have been none.
