The only reason they aren’t getting 5 stars is because of the cost. Each pup cost me $500 for their injections and a years worth of flea and tick meds. Pet meds shouldn’t cost so much!!!

The recovery time for my puppy was cut from the normal 10 days down to 2. My puppy was up and running in no time. No large incisions to monitor or clean up. So much less stressful for both me and my puppy. I would highly recommend a laparoscopic spay or neuter especially if you have a highly energetic puppy. Thanks for the great service!

There is something most people don't know about rabies vaccine is that it's one dose fits all sizes. They don't dose it based on the weight of the animal. A large dog like a Rottweiler it's the same dose as a little tiny Chihuahua. In 2022 I lost a dog due to a rabies vaccine from a different Box Store Veterinary service and when I did a Google search saying rabies vaccine killed my dog, I found reports in Canada and all across the United States from that same box store and I can tell you it's not Petco. It's their Nationwide rival.
I live in a small community in the Winchester Virginia area and my neighbor told me that her cat got a rabies vaccine from the same place that my little Zeus got a vaccine and her cat died from the vaccine just a couple of months earlier.

When we went (6:30pm on a Saturday) they were very busy, but that was kind of expected. It was a little hard to find a seat, but the staff did really well with busing table quickly so new customers could sit. Didn't take too long to get our food. I thought it was a really reasonable time, especially considering how busy they were. My absolute only down side, and why I gave 4 stars, it is so freaking expensive! We had 2 medium pizzas, and two drinks. With a tip, we spent just shy of $80. Aside from the price, we enjoyed it and look forward to visiting again (next month when we can afford it again lol)

The shop has bank-hours so check if you're picking something up after work. It's a nice place. I'll go again.
In defense of their prices - they are posted clear and plain for all to see. But my experience was good.

I will say the parking was a little challenging, but I soon found why.
There were people sitting outside like a big fun community, lots of laughter and social smiles. So I already had a good first impression when I walked in, and then the line went fast, even though it was longer than I intended it on being. But NOW I SEE WHY!!!
This place is amazing.
My kids are picky and with my husband being from Long Island, I was hoping this would live up to his New York standards and it did!
My kids enjoyed their breakfast bagels and my husband enjoyed the abundance of cream cheese.
Will most definitely return.

That being said we were greated quickly and our drinks and food came out pretty fast.
The food was good but the fries were really salty.
