“Everyone is usually really nice at this store.Today , however the lady at the customer service desk asked me rudely what I needed. I told her I wanted a money order and she told me in a nasty tone that the money order machine was down. That really struck me as unnecessary to be so mean about it.”

“I love doing grocery pick-up at this location, which I normally do several times a week and have never had problems with items missing or quality issues. Today, 5/24/24, I did have a few produce items missing and BRITTANY went above and beyond to correct the issue, running in and out of the store several times to get it right for me. She did this with a positive and friendly demeanor that was much appreciated. Shout out to Brittany for outstanding customer service!! Thank you!!”
“On a road trip and forgot my car charger Tabitha rang me up it was alot of customers because she was the only one working. She walked me over to the chargers and even cut it open with scissors for me. Great service and clean store!”

“This is an excellent road trip pit stop or even my go to break spot during work They have the best slushees the kind that are more ice and less air lol and they even have an energy one!! They have good coffee and grab and go food Including hot empanadas and chicken sandwiches They carry all your basic drinks and snacks They have big bathroomsAnd even a section for the truck drivers to shower and relax a little The staff are very friendly and the store has been clean the last few visits They are attached to a huddle house if you want a full service sit down restaurant experience The gas prices are average and it is easy to pull in to the lot. There is semi truck parking available and diesel as well as regular gas offered They a small section of car supplies as well like oil and such just in case you need them”

“This store is the absolute BEST from Emporia to Smithfield, out of all these stores (4 plus) this store stays stocked far more than the others. The shelves are organized and clean, the clearance section is organized. Their seasonal products are FULL AND the customer service is FANTASTIC. The nicest ladies, they work hard and are extra helpful. They deserve a raise!”
