The Columbia Factory Store is located inside Potomac Mills Mall in Woodbridge, VA. It is a clean store with great deals and discounted merchandise, especially during the winter. The store offers a great selection of men’s and women’s clothing for all seasons, including t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, winter coats, accessories, and some random camping stuff and shoes. As an outlet store, it can be harder to find common shoe sizes. There are often amazing coupons and clearance racks with items 50-70% off, including two to three racks in the back with items 70% off. A military discount is also offered. Customer service is consistently noted as friendly, glad to help, super helpful, caring, polite, respectful, and the best yet, representing the brand very well.
